I must say that my fiance and I just shopped at Pet Playhouse. The Owner and newer salesman were friendly, helpful, and we will definitely be back. We were assisted with our current tank situation and together we all came up with an educated plan to enjoy our fish and eels.

Absolutely disgusted by this store! We used to come here all the time but after multiple bad experiences I am standing my ground. Today I came into this store to just look at dog toys and found myself leaving with a mouse that was so badly neglected he didn't have fur on half of his back. He was bleeding and crying while 20 other "Feeder Mice" (per say the employee) crammed into a 10 gallon habitat with nothing but a water bottle and some old gross bedding climbed and nipped at him. When pointing to the employee and telling her "I'd like this one" she gave me a disgusted look while saying "are you serious?" After asking what had happened to the poor guy she replied "I have no idea, it happens all the time." NEVER shop here, I have seen multiple acts of animal neglect everytime I come to this store, and I know if I hadn't came and gotten my little guy today, he'd probably be dead.

Please DO NOT support this store! They only care about money and take horrible care of the animals! There is a difference between knowledge and compassion. How can the owners have a compassion for animals when they get puppies from PUPPY MILLS? If you want a family pet, please go to the local animal shelters and don't support this store and puppy mills.

Good place to keep your pets also cctv live camera mobile app you can see your pet and even speak to him. You can see how they handle pets. No ticks. Thanks man. Only you should give little discount if more then 15 days or so.

I'm a freshwater aquarium hobbyist. These guys have a great selection of freshwater fish and it looks like the saltwater section is pretty decent as well. As far as plants go, they could definitely improve, there are several tanks dedicated to plants but they are fairly scarce. Maybe I just visit at bad times. That said, they really pick up the slack when it comes to hardscape. There are a ton of different rocks and driftwood pieces that are just gorgeous. They even have a nice selection of novelty decorations. Lighting setups are sold here but could use some more variety. Same story with substrates, but that's mainly because I'm somewhat picky there. There is a nice selection of assorted equipment as well. Overall, definitely worth checking out, even just to browse.

We got our puppy from here 10 years ago!
She was the sweetest most precious puppy we ever had! I'd get another puppy from them! We always had our dog groomed there! They are a great family owned place!

The place was very clean and has a lot of cool fishes. But they would not let us hold an animal unless you are for sure going to buy it. So keep that in mind when shopping here.

Love it there. It may not be the cleanest, but they do have huge selections, especially fish. They have lovely birds who greet you when you pass them and you can pet them. Very nice staff. Only thing I would change about this place, is the way they pick up the rabbits. They pick them up by the scruff which is horrible and they didn't know how to sex them. I would be glad to teach them and give any advise.

This place is terrible. I bought a dog there in September and have had nothing but problems. They sell sick dogs and blame vet clinics for the dogs problems.

All these negative comments need to be directed to the "big pet stores". Ive had pets from pets playhouse since I was a boy.
Pets playhouse has everything I need for my loved animals.
The only thing they need is a rewards card. I would have many points lol

Really large selection of fish including some adult fish. I love going and just browsing the rows of fish. Prices are high. Owner has absolutely no time for customers and would rather you just buy and leave.
