I got very disappointed with Dr.Smith and his stuff services. I walked into a clinic with a little kitten whom I picked up from my backyard. I waited about 2,5 hours to see Dr.Smith to do the exam. A few of practicum interns from vet school took the kitten to other room to get his blood test. The kitten began to scream and cry while Dr.Smith were talking to me.It was terrifying! I decided to keep the kitten with me. Thought about that his first experience with the PayPal Clinic was so bad.
Hey folks, please ask to the front desk who is going to do the medical exam or any procedure before you get your Pet to this Clinic.

I was pretty disappointed by the wait here. I waited almost 2 hours to be seen, the cost is pretty comparable to going to any vet where they offer appointments. The Dr that saw us appeared very nice, but after i asked a few questions her answers were pretty snotty and rude. Maybe with the so called low cost vet care, they also assume im an idiot. I will go back to taking my dogs to a regular vets office. Believe me after spending over 500 dollars with this clinic the treatment and the wait are not worth it.

VERY disappointed. These are our regular vets. My elderly dog ran out of her pills she needs to be able to walk (steroid for spinal paralysis). I walked in and asked if I could get a refill? The lady says it would be 24 - 48 hours & they would call me. I asked if I could get 1 or 2 pills to hold her over. "No - we're really busy. Today is a walk-in clinic." (I had in fact WALKED-IN). So an elderly dog that can't walk w/o her medication is less important than a rabies vaccination. When I said how uncompassionate she comes off, she just shrugged.

This clinic's name is a misnomer. It's no pet's pal. The staff headed by Dr. Smith is arrogant, rude and insulting. And, to top it all the services are not cheap.
Took my dog there for her annual heart worm exam. This is her third such exam at the clinic. After filling out the required paperwork, weighed my dog in and handed the front desk clerk my credit card for the $275.00 charge, my dog was attacked by a poodle that had just entered the front office confines. I immediately separated the dogs. Well I was in for a shocker.
Out comes Dr Smith shouting at the top of his voice at me to "get out of here". I tried explaining the situation to him but he was too consumed with his irrational, arrogant mannerism to listen. Then without witnessing the altercation between the dogs, the lowly paid office clerk, Christina, proceed to label my dog as the aggressor. SMH. I am a responsible pet owner and would never knowingly expose any dog to my dog if she was an aggressive animal. The truth is the only aggression displayed was by Dr Smith. Even threatening to "call the police" if I did not immediately leave. I said, "if your clerk will return my credit card I will leave as you are not the only vet in town". My card was returned and I left. And, I will never ever visit that animal clinic again. Neither will they receive any donation from me again.
On my two previous visits I was fortunate to experience the service of Dr. Long. She is so much more courteous than the arrogant Dr. Smith.

I was looking for a place to vaccinate and spay my darling cat, and when I called this one, they answered right away and told me everything I needed to know. The day of my scheduled appointment, I had to bail due to irrelevant circumstances, and again they answered immediately and were very understanding when I had to reschedule to today. When I arrived, the front desk person addressed me within just a little over a minute of my being there, and just shortly after I filled out the papers she gave me, they got to work on my cat. The man who took my cat in was very nice and gentle with her, and he happily answered my questions about how the surgery would affect her. When I came back for her, she was in her kennel behind the front desk, ready to come home, and I was provided with written instructions on how to handle her. The moment my kitty was back home she was already trying to walk everywhere, despite stumbling and falling from the aftereffects. I'm proud to say that this was the place I chose for her. They were kind and eager to help. 5/5
