Stay away from this dealership! Found a car online and went to look at it. Dumb female saleswomen couldn't find it? Had cash and ready to buy it! She was working 2 other customers and what they call stacking in the car business. Wanted my number and said she would call me when she finds it? Time is money and have moved on with my purchase somewhere else. Waste of my time!!!😞😞😞😞

Great experience across the board. Located the vehicle I wanted, and delivered a better price than any dealer in the area. Professional, friendly, and without a doubt they make the car buying experience a positive one. Melissa Bailey was a pleasure to work with. Will be returning for my next car!

Great customer service and they were able to fix my car quickly. I was out of town when they fixed it so they were able to hold on to it until I got back. This was very convenient.

My wife and I worked with Steve Jones (sales associate) and Jeff Miller (sales manager) throughout this process and could not have walked away more pleased. We test drove a number of comparable vehicles from different dealers/manufacturers and by far had the best experience here. Steve was very kind, polite, and informative throughout the whole process. He came along during our initial test drive and was very thorough with what he was telling us. He was not pushy at all and did not live up to the typical car salesman stereotype. Both Steve and Jeff worked with us to get us in the vehicle we wanted and at a price/terms that we were comfortable with. Hats off to these guys and I will be back the next time my family is in the market for a vehicle.

Finally heard enough from my family that I needed a new car. Decide to go to Honda because my fiancee drives a Honda and it performs great after 15 years of driving. Had a great discussion with salesman. Made the purchasing experience extremely easy. However, I would recommend you have an approved car loan beforehand. Their finance department was rude and didn't look into all the possible car loans. But the sales experience was great. I have to deduct one star because the experience I had with their finance department

Had a great experience interacting with George Tierney. He was patient with my wife and I and took the time on numerous visits to patiently go through the car buying process. When it came time to purchase, he worked in a professional and personal way to make sure we got to a price we were comfortable with.

I worked with George T and Dustin J who were very helpful. They were very patient with me and didn't make me feel like I was just a bag filled with money. George was very helpful in making sure I received the EXACT car I wanted. The price that was offered to me waslet me just say: FANTASTIC. Dustin helped me get a lower interest rate and incentives that I was eligible for. Overall, a fantastic experience and I will definitely be referring my friends and family.

This isn't my usual place for service. But it's close, and I needed something looked at. Intake was quick and efficient. Very nice service writers. Tech guys around to diagnose and answer questions. Friendly shuttle driver. Service process very timely, and they even washed the car. Would highly recommend this store. I mean, they probably don't get it right every time - which is an impossibility for anyone. But they put all the right pieces in place here. Good job! Oh. . . and for added excitement, they were taking delivery of their first Type R Civics

I just purchased a car from Phil Gellman at Kings Honda yesterday. The experience, from start to finish, was fantastic (which feels weird to say about a car dealership & salesman). We made the appointment via text, he was available when we arrived, and even though it was packed inside we were able to get through the entire process in 3.5 hours. I had a great interest rate from my pre-approval outside of Honda, but their finance department was actually able to beat that rate. We didn't expect things to move so smoothly and quickly yesterday and we were stunned that we left with a new car. If you're looking to purchase, talk to Phil at Kings Honda!

I was looking for a good vehicle on a tight budget. George was great to work with. He was not pushy and supplied us with all the information we needed to make a good decision. Everyone at the dealership was polite and they worked together as a team to meet my needs. Unfortunately, I do not recall the manager's name that helped me through my options but he was very nice and went out of his way to inform me of things so there would be no surprises. I highly recommend George, Dustin and the Kings Honda experience!

So I have purchased a couple of cars from George Tierney, but my latest purchase, he was a true rockstar. I messaged him telling him that I am currently expecting, (I'm also a nanny to three children), and that I would need to upgrade my car. I was currently driving a 2015 Honda Accord Sport (which I loved). I told him I was open to a used vehicle, but third row seating was key for all the children. Not even 2 hours later, George messages me saying that someone just traded in their 2011 Honda Pilot, under 100k miles, and only one owner. I went up that night after work to check it out, and it was perfect!!! Of course I was worried about what my payments would be going from a sedan to a big SUV. Well, worry no more with George He took care of everything and got our payments to be only $36 more a month than the Accord, including GAP insurance. The night we checked out the vehicle, it was raining. The next day it snowed The day after that, I realized a small crack in the windshield on the passenger side. Of course as everyone knows, when you drive it off the lot it is on you. With our unconventional sale, and history of buying cars from them, George told us to hang tight and see what he could do. We found out the crack couldn't be fixed because it had previously been fixed, so a new windshield was in order. Well, nobody wants to pick up that tab. George Tierney literally jumped through hoops, corporate hoops, for us. Explaining our situation, and our history of sales with them. Wouldn't you know, George was able to get us our new windshield. Not only that, but they came to my home and replaced it, for free, right in my driveway. I've stayed loyal to George because of our history of buying cars from him, but it's more than that. He really does go above and beyond for his customers. It's so nice to know that there are salesmen out there not trying to take advantage of their customers. He is the ONLY person I would ever buy a car from.
