Waiter greeted is at the door, told us sit anywhere that wanted. Order was taken immediately. Received food quickly , food was hot and tasty. I had not been there in 18 years. The food is still great. We will be back
A good variety of menu items, they don't skimp on the meal sizes and reasonable prices. I could eat here every day. The chili lasagna never disappoints!
Service good. Food good. Location good. Price excellent. Would come again. Had cony bowl with onions and rye bread.
I'm from out of town so you can probably ignore me, but I didn't really understand the chili. It wasn't that good and made me question the character of Cincinnati residents who find pride in such a lackluster dish. But you should find pride in how good the other food was. Everyone in my group had a really good meal, and we didn't order the chili. The service was extremely friendly and the waitress certainly tried to engage us and clue us into what was so good about your city and chili. Maybe you're a cult I'd come back for some good food, but I don't think I ever want to go come back to Cincinnati.
First time eating here in over twenty years. Food & atmosphere was great. I'm am a little prejudice about this place. I worked here when I was a teenager in early eighties. Mostly good memories every time I visited. Thank you & God bless you all. MK
This past saturday was my First time back after a few years. I expected better. Waiter seemed overwhelmed and confused. I felt bad for him, no one seemed to help him.
1 of my 3 cheese coneys had a stale bun.
The double decker we ordered was hardly edible, due to the quality of the meat.
Turkey had no taste and horrible texture.
Ham tasted cheap and bland.
I just expected better from a place boldly advertising its food network fame.
I still have great experiences at places like
J&J's and Camp Washso no excuse!
Please do a little better Blue Ash!
Original location of family owned restaurant. Hugs double deckers, Chili and spaghetti. Fast and friendly service. Popular lunch spot for local business workers. Dine in and carry out. Handycap parking and entrance.
I try to time my trips through the Blue Ash area to be hungry there. A five-way chili makes me very happy. I recommend it.
Decent food. Good service. But 22$ for two double deckers French fries and a sweet tea. Yea. No. I did enjoy it though
Great food and amazing staff! Had a great experience there with 3 kids (ages 6-11). The food was good and the staff was great with the kids. Was there during the week at lunch time and had no issues. It did fill in fast and the tables are small to fit them in the small size of the restaurant. I'd definitely go back
Love it. The Chili is different than the Cincinnati big two. Not different bad. Just different. I happen to like it a lot. Tastes more home made. The other menu choices are fantastic. Great variety, atmosphere, and staff
Great food, great atmosphere, great staff. Food was fast and delicious. Portions were huge. It was great, I'll be back again.
I have been coming here since the 1960's. Still great food and service. I go out of my way to eat here. Love it. A Blue Ash icon. 😀
Lived around here for 23 years and never stopped in to try this place. What was I waiting so long for? I got the special Cuban and it was so juicy and smokey. Enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. I think I'll come back to try the chili since that's what i came for but got distracted with the Cuban.
their three way was proportioned all wrong. Maybe people who think this is the best Cincinnati chili grew up eating it. But to me it felt just wrong.
Also I know dinners drive ins and dives came but they're kinda beating that dead horse.
As a chili place? Nah. The other food was good. Clean and staff was friendly.
