  Was there today to purchase 2 small sample paint colors. I stood at the paint counter for almost 10 minutes and was wondering when someone would ask if they could help (seemingly) because there were employees walking up and down the store aisles . finally retrieved someone, and they I thought, were starting on my order however, there were two ladies who had been in the paint section far longer then I checking out color combinations. Well to make a long story short, I was finally walking out of the store almost 25 minutes later.
  
  This is not the first time that I have had issues with the paint section not being properly manned, or at the very least, have one of the many employees walking around the store inquire if they could help. They just don't seem to want to work in the paint section, since it is the impression that I have received in the past.
  
  I can always go to Lowes or to the ACE over in Gilbertsville since they are all not that much further from our home. Truly a customer service mystery !!

  Every time my family comes to this Ace for screws, bolts, or washers. We bring a sample with. Once we find what we need we test one and then get more from that same bin of hardware. We always have to come back and return our items since the hardware in the bins is always mixed up in the wrong bins. My family is tired that this location doesn't sort its bins of hardware in the correct bins.

  Very bad, when you buy a item and 4 days later it goes on sale and they won't give you sale price or let you return it and buy it for sale price

  I found the manager and staff to be cordial and helpful. Best fertilizer deal in the spring. I switched from my lawn service to the Ace 4 stage lawn care fertilizing program and my lawn hasn't looked better. These folks and their products appear to be unbeatable!

  Not sure where the 1 star poster is coming from. I found none of that to be true, and suspect it's a dig by the named competition. The staff are very helpful, always offering to assist you to find something as soon as you walk in. (unlike H.D. where they seem to run away if you look like you need help) And when I can't find an odd part at Lowes, 95% of the time I'll find it at this Ace. Sure, the prices are a bit higher, but it's worth it to know I'll likely find what I need when I go in. I just wish they had longer hours.
