What an unprofessional venue, and a shame to even operate a business in this manner in Traverse City, MI. Poor, if any, contact on setting up anything for your event. To even get a response is like pulling teeth. If you run into any financial or physical issues, they will not return your facilities fee even though their ambiguous contract states otherwise. Highway robbery, plain and simple. Now we are unable to have any wedding at all due to the poor, shady service from this venue.
