  Awful wait time . I was there this morning 8/7/17 . The woman ( dark skinned and heavy set) behind the pick up window was inattentive, disengaged, and very rude. She did not know that my ticket was there waiting for her to make my large mocha. She asked me: " are you being helped"? Umm it's a pickup window, why else why would I be standing there? She sauntered around fixing her counter until I got her attention. I told her I am waiting and she got upset telling me she is the only one back here working and that I am being rude. This deplorable quality of service is unacceptable especially when you are waiting to catch a flight. Timing is everything. Timing is money. If you don't like your job don't show up to work!!!!

  Loved the nice lady serving me. Even though she starts at 3am. She still in a great mood to give customer service. Made my day!

  I ordered a drink, which apparently no one knew how to make at this location (staff perhaps needs more training). They over charged me, then when I opted for a cheaper alternative drink, did not offer to refund the difference in price. I did not say anything at first thinking they would eventually get to it, but I just got a blank stare from the cashier seeing if I would ask for it. When the drink finally arrived, it was also poorly made.
  
  Terminal 4 has another Peet's. I would go there instead of this location. I did go there later on, with a vastly improved experience.

  It was my very first time to have a coffee here. Coffee seems good, I enjoyed it. My only concern is the service. More improvements on entertaining customers.

  They offered no soy, almond, or non dairy milk although it's on their menu and their baristas at 2 different Peet's in terminal 4 were terribly rude about it.

  Don't expect a good cappuccino here. Served so hot you can't drink it for ten minutes. Wait till you get back to Australia.

  I only have it 1 star to access the comments. In JFK and after a simple cup of coffee. First Pete's C&T said they were closing at 9pm they were going home early!!!! Its just a cup of coffee I want! Second Pete's C&T served by the most miserable person I have seem in a long while says Im only doing regular tra or coffee WTF!
