TERRIBLE! On my move in date I found that my unit was in very poor condition! I immediately reported a black moldy substance in the bathtub and a bug issue throughout the apartment. The office manager at the time offered to have maintenance come over to spray Raid for the bugs, which didn't work. She sent her cleaning crew for the mold issue, only for more of it to appear within the next few days. It was so bad I never used the tub. The issue was reported to the regional manager but she was no help. Despite the poor condition of the assigned unit and declining my request to move to a different unit, management would not release me from my lease. I was forced to break my lease and find somewhere else to live due to the poor condition of the unit. Also, most of their Facebook reviews completed by their own staff members.

I have been living her for 3 years now, and this is one of the best apartment complex in town. very affordable and no major maintenance issues. Property manager is very nice and she will work with you as long as you communicate with her. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone. It's very quiet.
