Great newly rennovated rooms. Very clean, pet friendly. The staff is very kind and curtious. They have HD T.V.s, refrigerator and microwave. The office provides a hair dryer and ironing board upon request. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

This place is horrible! My family and I evacuated SW Florida because of Hurricane Irma. Like many other people, we were desperate for a hotel for the night as we traveled back home. Florida is in a state of emergency right now. State officials have asked hotels to waive no-pet policies and pet fees for people in need. Many hotels have obliged and even lowered their regular rates. The Inn Express does allow pets for a pet fee. When I asked them to waive it for us since we were forced to evacuate due to the hurricane the response was, “No, there isn’t a hurricane here.” Not only did they not waive the pet fee, they also increased their daily rate from $46 a night to $75 a night. They are exploiting people in need. There is no water in their pool, they do not have cable, and the outdoor trash cans are overflowing. The rooms are also disgusting! The floor is dirty and full of hair and dust bunnies. The sheets on the bed are also stained. I’m only staying here for one night because my only other option is to sleep in my car. Apparently, this place is “veteran owned.” I’m a veteran myself, and I would never take advantage of people in need. I would also take more pride in my business and care for it better. The owners should be ashamed!

If you're looking for a Ritz don't stop! But if you're looking for clean accommodations, friendly folks and a great experience do stop and stay. This is a family operated facility that will go out of their way to help you. Yes it's older but the rooms have all been renovated, WiFi available, as well as, cable. Did I mention Jim is a veteran? Mom and son Nathan work to insure your stay is a pleasant one. Do stop and stay you won't be disappointed.

Great hotel and the people running it are awesome.
We were running from hurricane Irma, and were able to get a one day reservation.
Because of the circumstances, they allowed a few guests to stay in a few rooms that were not completely remodeled, so we got lucky.

They also made an allowance for us having more than the 2 pet limit (we had 4).

Not alot of stuff within walking distance other than the gas station next door.

As a hotshot driver, I live on the road, and finding this gem was a real treat. They accommodated my needs of parking my truck and 51' trailer, the staff was extremely polite and likable, everything on the inside was new, and it was VERY AFFORDABLE. All I can say is, I wish I could find places like this to stay every night; it would make my life much easier. Thank you, Inn Express, for providing me a nice place to stay away from home. I will definitely be staying here when I'm in the area.

We were worried when we drove up to this motel. We were there for one night to visit our daughter and had booked online. The outside looked old and rundown but to our surprise when we opened the door it was awesome. Hardwood floors clean and, new. The bedding was clean and fresh. This place is a diamond in the rough. We met the owners, a couple who is living their dream of owning this motel and working hard to renovate each room. They only rent the renovated rooms and they are nice and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

My son and I stayed at this place for a fishing trip. Room was VERY clean and had been newly remodeled. ALL of the people that run the place were so nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay there on our next fishing trip!

Clean and quiet. This is a mom and pop place. They are working hard to make it special. The rooms are freshly painted with cinder block walls and new vinyl plank flooring. Bathrooms appear to have new tubs, commodes and tile flooring. If you want a coffee maker, ask for one when you check in. They stopped putting them in the rooms because guests were stealing them.
It is just off the highway but real quiet. Beds are new and comfortable, kind of medium firm. Everything is very clean and the owners will do anything within reason to make your stay pleasent. Plenty of coffee in the lobby. Pool is closed. No breakfast. Gas station with convenience store is close. Nothing else at this exit.

It's not the nicest place but the owners are awesome (super nice) they are fixing it up as they go
When they get soon it will be great quiet place to relax and hide from the hustle and bustle of life

Locally owned and very clean. It's definitely one of those sweet mom and pop joints that feels like home. I was having car trouble and the owners even helped me find somewhere to go. I would definitely go back!!!!
