An excellent Cajun cuisine restaurant. Extremely friendly staff. Upon learning I was a first time customer they brought free food samples to my table.

I wouldn’t recommend if you have a seafood allergy. That being said, they were super accommodating for me and TRIPLE a checked that the food I was eating was fine for me. I wish I could experience more of their food!

Amazing food & excellent vegan options! Cozy feel & relaxed atmosphere. Lots of specialty liquor selections. Food was out of this world! Definitely one of our new faves!

Everything I've had here is awesome! Love the Gumbo YaYa and Bayou Alligator, the Muffulettas are great too. The waitstaff are very friendly but you almost always have to wait. The food is so good, there are always people there.

Good food, long wait. Came here on a Saturday night and we couldn't get a table, so we ordered out instead. It still took an hour to get our food, but it was pretty good. People seem to come from all over to have dinner here. People working here are pretty nice. There's self-service water outside in the patio and there was a live band playing. The corn bread was delicious!

Nice menu, including a whole separate vegetarian menu. We enjoyed all our dishes. Lunch portions seemed a tad small. Maybe we were just really hungry

I love Pearls. I used to work here and now I'm a customer. I been here dozens of times. Always great food, great servers and a awesome atmosphere. Plus happy happy hour!!

Best etouffee north of Louisiana! Everything was very good. The Gumbo Ya Ya was delicious and just spicy enough without being overbearing
Ask for Ann-Marie, she is without doubt the best server in Northern Michigan. I will go back just to be waited on by her. If I had known she was there I would have gone before now.

Serious New Orleans Cajun style food!! The menu is amazing and it's all nicely done. Cocktails fliw in many varieties, the best being the Margatinis! Delicious flavored tequila, that's soaked with seasonal fruits for a delicious sugar rimmed martini glass! Shaken, not stirred! You won't be disappointed. Good zydeco music too. Crawfish and alligator bites!

Delicious food that is delightfully different. Friendly, efficient staff. We come here on season and off season whenever we want a guarantee that we will enjoy our meal. Relaxed atmosphere. Moderately priced.

The food was extremely delicious. The spice level is high but absolutely meets my palate. The ambience is extremly good and cozy atmosphere. Every one and especially our server was very friendly and courteous. A must go to place when in Traverse City👍

For sure the best restaurant in Elk Rapids and surroundings.
I have come here many times during the last 15 years and I like all their dishes.
You can not go wrong.
The interior design is very special and interesting.
