Parking awful!!
Right in the middle of atlanta
Very modern in the heart of Midtown
Right in the heart of Atlanta. Much to do. As I have been told, it was once the HQ for the CDC..is not a number of loft condos. Very industrial in its decor but great for young up and comers.
Visited for the weekend in stay with a friend I would love to live here..
Great place to live in Midtown Atlanta! I am in my 13th year as a homeowner. Renovated building, built like a tank, has had years of designers and very creative homeowners make extraordinary homes with the open, versatile (and still affordable) spaces.
As a former government building, we have our own power line as a bragging point during area power outages when our building and the Emory Hospital five blocks south are the only beacons of light.
My personal favorite feature is the large, off-leash and secure dog walk area exclusively for Peachtree Lofts homeowners. My dog Ripley grew up with other dogs here. And, nothing beats knowing you have a safe place to go when the pooch really needs to wee in the wee hours of the morning.
The community is eclectic and vibrant. The 24-hour staff is engaging and friendly. You can still get great deals on units. And, most of all, you are in the heart of arguably the best walkable and dynamic neighborhood in the Southeast.
Great Midtown lofts!
Update 10/2013.even better now that the lobby has been renovated. It is beautiful. New windows are more soundproof and energy efficient. On-site management staff is responsive and great to work with. New paint throughout the resident hallways and stairwells. This place just keeps getting better and better. I have lived here 7 years and have never lived in a location better than this one. In the center of it all.
