Bought my Honda FourTrax here and am glad I did! Everybody here is friendly and professional. I just had my first service and I think the service guys are great.

The mechanics at Paw paw cycle went above and beyond repairing my used motorcycle I purchased. The service was always friendly when I called to check up. Always willing to answer any questions with the utmost diligence. All n all great place would recommend.

This place is a joke. My husband went to buy a bike last Saturday. I was his co signer. Not only did they approve us take our deposit and have us sign papers and title. but we still can't have our bike. They put only me on the loan instead of me as the co signer and for the last 3 days have been giving us the run around why we can't have the bike. Never again will I deal with them and I will be telling everyone about the horrible service.

Prices are a joke. Wants new price for used machines. Manager claims a clearly used machine is a brand new one. (One of the trx450s)

Stay away from this place! Chad has no honor! If you want to get ripped off, for as much as possible, then this is the place and chad is your guy. Otherwise, go anywhere else!

He had a 03 Harley sportster listed online for just under 3500, I was interested in trading my 07 Honda Shadow which retails higher than the hugger. After they "checked out my bike" one of the techs race down the road on it while chad sends his flunky out to tell me they would give me $2500 towards the purchase of the sportster that he valued at over $4000.
"What?" My bike is worth more and the hugger already was listed for less, and he was trying to sell me on a $1500 difference the other way.

No one ever offered to show me the bike, but I found it while they were test driving my bike. What a piece. Rusted bolts, leaking fluid from the case and wires wraped around the handlebars.

As soon as the tech got back, I got on my bike and took off, want even worth the conversation.

He is simply looking to take advantage of people, and line his pockets. So if you are reading this then take my advice and drive another 20 min down 94 and get treated fairly anywhere else!

I purchased my first ever ATV from Chad, who offered to price match because a competing dealer had the same ATV for much cheaper. He charged me $1478 in setup and freight fees. I questioned the price at the time and he said every dealer would charge similar fees. I believed him, and made the purchase. Yamaha also had an offer for a free winch or extended warranty, which he did not mention at the time, when he offered for me to buy the extended warranty. Weeks later, I decided to call several other dealers and ask what their dealer fees were. No one totaled more than $750. So, Chad price matched the ATV but way over charged me in fees. When I called him out on it he said, "Every sale is different, and "It sounds to me like you didn't negotiate you best price before you made your purchase." I called Yamaha, they said that was outrageous. Way to take advantage of some first time buyers!
