Solid service, although a bit smaller selection than I'd like.
I was trying to get copies of two keys and they ended up only having one of them - I went to Ace's north of Iowa City for the other one.

If you plan on paying for your items with a credit or debit card and need to return be for warned that getting your money back to take up to 30 days. Thats right 30 days!!!because that is all the bank tells them and they had no need to actually warn customers or ask why it can take that long. Will NEVER purchase here again!!!!

Decent prices, Paul's is known for carrying a little of everything and they have an old school feel. They don't utilize much technology like scanners at the checkouts but they pass the saving to the customers. It's a little dingy but a fun place to look around and see what you can find.

Customer service going down hill. The store itself is fine, but the cashiers are usually too busy congregating and chatting with one another.

Paul's has a little bit of everything, like the small old school store good to find different items from household items to toys, lawn and garden to repairs and clothes and sporting goods. Agree with other reviews some of the staff is very helpful others can't even say hi when you talk to them especially the cashiers.
