We are so grateful to have found Paul Davis. We have been very pleased since the moment we spoke to Rick Walker on the phone. Upon our first meeting on our property, he and his team exceeded our expectations with their thorough inspection, reporting methods, efficiency and sense of urgency, in addition to the sincere kindness they showed us. We have now completed the demo portion of the scope of work needed to begin restoration/rebuild of our home. A few days ago we found ourselves with an uncomfortable situation. Our water heater placed in our attic had a leak that caused a great deal of water damage to our home. Part of our second and main floor were affected by water damage. Our insurance company contacted Paul Davis Restoration whom we are very thankful did a great job. Marcus and Esai took great care of our home, furniture and belongings. They made this process easier to bear. I’m grateful for companies that have employees that genuinely take the time to tend to families in need as we were. This company and in particular these young men made this moment so much easier.

It was a great experience from start to finish! Rick did a great job of analyzing and diagnosing the issue and then explaining it in a way that I had no problem understanding. Rick was very cool, and attentive. Then Alec came by in a couple of days to check things and made sure everything was working. He did a very professional job and was impressive. Then Alec and another young man came over again to get all the gear. Once again very professional. The crawl space was dried up and I was very happy! I’d definitely recommend Pauldavis!

Rick Walker did a great job with our house fire and very complicated cleanup inasmuch as the fire, soot, smoke and water damage were much more extensive than the insurance adjuster ever believed. That is until Rick time and again showed more and more fire & water related contamination. His experience and logical thinking gives him an edge over most others. And his professional dedication to us as clients gave us reassurance in a very frustrating situation.

RUN FOR THE HILLS AND DO NOT USE THEM !!!!

I was very clear when this process started, I told them clearly I was using them because they said they could do all phases of the project. I was under a time crunch because I am relocating for a new job and this issue had to be corrected before I can list the property for sale.

It was important for me to have one company working with the insurance company (who was a preferred vendor) all through the process to speed up the process and be most efficient.

When the area was certified dry and reconstruction was suppose to start I was told you have zero capacity to take on a new project!?!?!?
New project, I am an existing project with Paul Davis and just completed phase 2 of 3 phases!?!? It was not that construction would be just delayed - I was told you were not taking on new business for the foreseeable future!!! Did you not know this before you took the project on three days ago??? I said very clearly, I wanted a company who could do all phases and you can't and couldn't when you started this process.

NOW I am left with a jacked up closet and scrambling to find another contractor to do 1/3 of the total project (a less attractive opportunity) you were suppose to complete!!!!

I will NEVER recommend you to anyone in fact I will find people I don't know to tell this this story of how you screwed me over with your actions.
I will tell anyone and everyone I know this story - in line at the grocery store, at the barber, my relator, my lender, anyone and everyone. I will use every social media platform to warn others of your organizations unprofessional behavior and how you made a stressful time even worse.
