  I have been in covered parking now for 3 years. Excellent gravel roads and parking means no mud even during rain. Steve has been very helpful on several occasions to accommodate special requests. Never been worried about security.

  Had only positive experience here. We wanted a covered spot with power for our dp and Steve had one. I would recommend 4 ur Toys to anyone with n the Denton, Lewisville, Coppell, areas.

  They have excellent prices, the owner is very kind and helpful.
  
  The storage facility is very clean and well-maintained.
  I was really surprised at exactly how clean it was.
  
  The facility is very secure and you can feel safe storing your items there.

  I had a horrible experience leasing storage at this location. The owner called to accuse me of "messing up his gravel" but he let me know this during a profanity-laced, multi-minute voicemail, calling me all sorts of horrible slurs that are definitely not acceptable to hear from a proprietor to a paying customer. It was truly vile, please feel free to contact me for an audio file of the voicemail to hear how this owner speaks to his customers. If I "damaged" how your gravel was smoothed out, okay, let me know and I will fix it or pay compensation for perceived damage, but to call me and leave a message laded with "G*D's* and *F'Us* is way beyond how a business owner should address customers. Please email me if you would like to hear a copy of the audio file of how this business owner addresses his paying -customers.

  I rented a LARGE unit to store two cars and some attic stuff and after seven months of storage we returned and found all of our stuff in the same condition as we had left it. We expected our property to be covered in dust and it was not. It was perfectly clean just like the day we put it in storage. You can find us on YouTube search for Just Let Me Travel the owner is very nice and very responsive and takes great pride in the storage units.
