I had to go here in an emergency after hours situation and they were so wonderful. It was so clean and smelled so good. If I lived closer I would go there for vet care. Great first impression!

I love Dr. Betts and her staff! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Betts is very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and treat my dog quickly and confidently. Everyone enjoyed our visit-even our somewhat anxious golden retriever! I would definitely recommend Parkdale to anyone living or visiting the Manistee area.

Thank you so much Dr. Betts. My great Dane on I were on vacation this weekend and she decided to have a little run in with a porcupine. Nothing like an emergency visit on vacation. Dr. Betts was great and very comforting for both of us.

Very friendly staff! Dr. Betts is a no non-sense type of gal that will do everything in her power to provide the best care possible for your pet. The cost is a little high, but you get what you pay for!
I've visited frequently and am confident I have met everyone in the building. I prefer Dr. Betts over Dr. Whitney, but there is nothing wrong with either. I prefer Dr. Betts way of coming in the room, addressing the issue, and running diagnostics or treating quickly. Dr. Whitney will spend much more time with you in a room.
