Learn from my mistake, save hundreds of dollars and hours of your precious time. This is not a town lot even though it masquerades as one. The signage is identical, it's left unattended and they even have action shots of unattendants posing with their pay by plate signage in their Google photos. It's nothing more than a tourist trap, stay clear, park elsewhere & enjoy your vacation

Not worth the money: we used this lot to park a rented golf cart. They had an option for 24 hour parking, which we purchased. There must be some fine print somewhere that indicates you can’t leave and come back, because we got ticketed. Even after paying for 24 hours of parking, we received a $60 fine. This lot was close to a couple of bars/restaurants we wanted to try so we parked there a couple of times within our 24 hour window. At no point was this lot even remotely full, so it’s not as if we were taking up valuable spots. Essentially, we are paying close to $90 to park here a fraction of the 24 hour time period we purchased. I wouldn’t use this lot again.

Convenient parking in a great location in the heart of downtown Key West! Easy walking distance to the restaurants and bars in the area. It’s a paved lot, which I appreciated vs some of the other lots that are sandy pits. They allow overnight parking and it was super easy to pay by phone. Highly recommend for anyone looking for parking in the area! Don’t waste your time looking for parking anywhere else.

Very convenient place to park and payment is easy if you just pay attention to your phone. More than I'd like to pay to park but it's right next to Duval st and I got drinks bought for me at both bars I went to right next door so it was like whatever. Even better, there's tons of places to eat, shops, performances around the area, so it's no problem walking around while your sobering up and avoiding having to call an uber -- I mean that basically paid for my parking right there ha ha. So take it from me Key West Kimi, great place to park.

Super easy to pay with the app, $40 for 24 hours. As another review said, our Sprinter van fit well in the back of the parking lot. It was the best option we found for parking our van for the Dry Tortugas ferry, and worked out great.
