I travel a lot over the country, I say firmly this is the worst hotel I ever seen, dirty, bad mangment, noisy and cause. It deserves no single star but I gave it this star because the page is not posting the review if not click on the star. Will never ever book there.

it provides the very basic, but not much more. There's no breakfast, the room has only bed, tv, small closet and bathroom. The towels are nasty and there's no shampoo for guests. There's wifi, but it isn't reliable. On the bright side, the location is good.

Worst hotel I have been in Miami. The staff were nice. It is just the place that needs a lot of attention. The bed sheets were broken, bathroom was old, some spider web on the ceiling and the microwave that says you can use it’s not inside the room, it is outside where everyone uses it and it doesn’t look that clean, besides is not convenient. I’m sorry I wish I could give a better review but my experience wasn’t the best. Find something better if you can.

Too bad experience. The receptionist STEPHANIE, over charged me for the parking, which is on the street.
I checked in at 5:00 am, she made me pay cash $35 USD (she said it was not possible by credit card) and when I checked out 8 hours later on my bill the charge for the parking was only $20 USD. I emailed 3 times the manager explaining the situation and asking for a refund of the difference and he NEVER answer my emails. Conclusion: the manager is like the receptionist, he accepts her behavior and support her.response / report this review -

Very outdated and not too clean. No water pressure and the bathroom was dirty. Location is good, 3 minute walk from the beach and from a cheap parking if you are traveling by car. The receptionist was ok and tried to be helpful.

The staff was really good and helpful and we enjoyed our star but the hotel needs to focus on their outdated rooms and focus on their cleanliness

Do not waste your time , the towel heads downstairs are terrible , we rented a car from next door and they charged us $35 to return it early and we stayed at this hotel. It was terrible. Thrifty car rental needs to re evaulauate their status with these out of town "alladins" because they are really terrible people

It was great ! I came here about 2 weeks ago for my anniversary. The front desk was so helpful and they directed me to all the best locations on the beach. Loved my stay here. Will come back!

No matter what DONT STAY IN THIS DISGUSTING, DIRTY, OLD, NASTY HOTEL.
TOILET WASNT CLEAN.
ROOM WAS DIRTY.
BED HAD HAIRS IN IT.
I THINK IT EVEN HAD BED BUGS.
THE CARPET WAS DIRTY.
THE TOWELS LOOKED OLDER THAN A ROTTEN LEMON.
EXTREMELY OUT DATED.
Pay a little extra or drive a little more but don't stay here, YOU BEEN WARNED!!response / report this review -

I got it by bed bugs wish I could post pictures on here had an allergic reaction to them and everything. Outdated furniture. Bathrooms were the equivalence to gas station bathrooms

An average hotel. Restrooms are so so. No free breakfast. And more over little expensive. Good thing, it's located very near to the Miami Beach.

This hotel is outdated,rooms are small and customer service is not great. Old furniture with dark stains, horrible bathrooms with cracked floor tiles and uneven floor. Big plus,its close to the most popular beach in Miami,walking distance to great restaurants and partiesi would not come here with family again:-( They need to definetly update their beds also and freshen up this place alltogetherOoh. one more thing, do not go to that taco restaurant rigjt next to hotel called "taquiza" way overpriced

The rooms are dated and gloomy. I stayed for 1 day the water never got hot to shower, the other guest we're really loud and yelling through out the hallways. The bed was really comfortable pretty much the best thing I can say.
