Dirty,smoke smelling, dated decor.Photos are not accurate. Broken elevators, they broke the handle on one of our bags and tried to hide it. Deserves 0 stars. Many nice hotels in the area. DON'T STAY HERE! It's also believed to be haunted. Disgusting.

STAY AWAY! This place was once a top hotel but that was maybe in the 70s. Nothing has been upgraded. Cockaroaches in the fridge. No heating or central air in the 3 rooms we visited. Everything smells and is outdated. We had to leave the next day for obvious reasons. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Old interiors. Boasts as non smoking, but smoke smell is everywhere. One of the lift was out of order for 3 days I stayed. One of the bed was broken. No microwave. Rude staff at front desk in the nights. Laundry room does not accept bills and there is no place to get quarters. Waste of money. I feel like I paid at least three time the cost it is worth. Would not recommend to anyone.

No ice machine yet there is a bar that serves ice? The only parking for the hotel was either meter parking (18 a night and you have to keep adding), valet service (23 a night), or the street. Twice in a 3 night stay the valets asked us to park our vehicles for them after paying. One valet even told us we had not paid, despite being able to tell him who on staff we paid.
The cost for my room was decent, but the room's kitchenette, that was part of the higher cost, was not working. They lent the room a hotplate, but the repairs promised never happened. The fan had a loud metal on metal squeak/scraping noise. However the bathtub was nice and deep.
Staff would greet or talk to you nicely, but rarely smiled.
The hotel was right next to the beach and a bike rental place, which was nice.

I stayed for 11 nights and would love to go back there again and I will be. Great staff awesome location and very friendly. Joey and his team were totally off the hook, choice and looked after me so well. Thanks guys for making my stay so welcoming and enjoyable. Most of all thank you to Francis and Joey you are the bomb!! See you next time.
