Great food and drinks, with fun names of drinks (sexual innuendos) patio seating, gender neutral restrooms.

Bombass place to get drinks and also eat. One of the best places to go in Hillcrest. I would recommend their slightly older female bartender with short haircut, she's FANTASTIC.

I actually LOVE Gossip for many reasonsBUTI have recently been charged more on my credit card than I authorized. A few times. I am one of those freaks that checks my copy of my credit card receipt against my statement for this exact reason. The bartenders seem to have a habit of adding more ($5-10 more) than I gave them for a tipNOT COOL. When it happens next time, I will be showing the manager all the receipts, and unfortunately, someone will likely lose their job for it. Bad choice on their part!

The San Diego Kings event was very crowded and hot not due to a ton of people but the event was held on the dance floor in a small room. They have large patio doors that they only opened after they stopped charging at the door. Yes for a period of time they charged at the door but then it was a free for all. This area of the Gossip Grill is typically the dance floor. With that said after they opened up to the general public there was a few people who were extremely drunk/high began dancing and at one point spilled their drink all down my back as I stood trying to watch the show. I was then yelled at and in a very caveman sort if manner grunted at. I guess I had the expectation that it would be a step up from the San Diego Kings Club days at Numbers. Definitely a step down due to cramped space, performances repetitive nature and crowd control. Lastly you should either charge or not charge at the door. Opening the doors at 8:00 and then 40 minutes later allow a come one come all show. Sadly my last time watching the performances. I want to make sure people are aware that this is a poor example of what a drag show is. Come on Gossip Grill stay classy I don't want to see you fail now like so many businesses have in your location.

I went for Lip Sync night and it was so much fun!
I've been other nights as well and the crew members are just so pleasant and fun to be around!
Such a safe place to be and you always feel so welcomed :)

Greatest rest and bar in the universe. Wait staff very helpful. Whimsical and friendly atmosphere. Loved it and will be back.

Truly one of a kind place. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive and make you feel at home right away. The DJ's on Friday and Saturday nights know how to spin and keep the crowd moving. Seems like it's usually deep house in the beginning of the night and then transitions over to more grinding music towards 10 or so. Patrons are friendly and everyone is just here to have fun. No cliques or creeps in the back. By far my favorite place to go dance. Hands down.

Really awesome vibe. Talk about strong drinks, my friend ordered a long Beach ice tea and the bartender forgot the chaser in the drinks so it was basically 2.5 shots straight up with a splash of cran. However she fixed it when asked so no problem there. If you're not okay with squeezing through crouds, this probably isn't the place for you.

My favorite bar in all of San Diego! It's all ladies/lesbian bar, but all are welcome as long as they keep it respectful. Drinks are STRONG, food is delicious, and bar tenders and bouncers are really friendly. I don't go out to bars too often but when I do, this is my first choice. Despite only going maybe once a month, the staff always recognizes me and say hello when they see me. Highly recommended this place!

This place is awesome! Lesbian bar, but everyone is welcomed and everyone has fun! Good vibes, fun people, amazing staff! Outstanding customer service, genuine and happy. Really good food and ridiculously awesome custom drinks. Clean and easy to navigate around.
