WOW! Had a great experience at Paradise Chevrolet. No hassle, stress free environment. Had an opportunity to work with Heather Bailey our sales professional and she was just that. Lots of text and contact throughout the week to help make the sale. Not pushy and very trustworthy, which is hard to find these days. Got a great product with a great deal. We love our Colorado truck. We will be back for years to come. If you make it down there, I recommend you find Heather Bailey in sales and Robert Zavala the sales manager. We were on vacation all the way from Missouri when we had issues with our truck. The service we received was excellent! To be honest the people at Paradise Chevrolet could teach some of the dealerships in Missouri lessons in customer service. I can't say enough good things about how we were treated. We were over 1600 miles from home, so you can imagine the stress we felt when the error light came on. Thank-you for easing our stress through excellent customer service and a quick turnaround. We made it home with no worries. A special shout out to Jose who kept us informed throughout the process.

Best deal within 250 miles on a new Chevrolet. Scott and Todd worked a great deal. The finance team was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and everyone in there was happy friendly. Also they have a great coffee machine.

I turned in my Chevy Volt at the end of the lease and the dealership stole my charger, leaving me with a $400 bill from the leasing company. If they are willing to steal a charger, imagine how much they will steal from you when you buy a car!

It was a battle to get a deal worked out trading in my wife's Honda. Thought we were good to go and I left her to complete the paperwork. She comes home 2 hours later and they completely changed the deal and basically added another year to the contract! I told them to pack it and we will be coming back to get her car. Return first thing in the morning and the dirt bags have her car sitting on a ramp out front all polished up trying to sell it before we can get it back!@! Just about had the DA's office on them!! Ended up getting the same truck BRAND NEW from Santa Paula Chevrolet for 2K LESS than the CPO model here! ZERO STARS. RUN, don't walk away.

Wade Havens was extremely helpful throughout the sales process
I requested direct concise no pressure sales and that is what Wade delivered. He worked hard to get me the exact vehicle that I wanted in a very timely manner. Right now I am enjoying a fully loaded 4WD Suburban in Mammoth while it snows outside. No need for chains! Didn't think I would ever need a heated steering wheel but it is awesome in freezing weather and safer than driving with gloves.
This is the Fifth SUV or full size truck that i have purchased from Paradise Chevrolet over the past 16 years.

SPECTACULAR EXPERIENCE!!! I was slightly nervous about buying a new car especially since there are so many choices these days and I needed to get a car that was more economical, driving from Oxnard to Thousand Oaks can weigh on the wallet. I stopped at Paradise Chevrolet one day and just out of curiosity I test drove a new Malibu and instantly liked the car and its features. But I was hesitant about trading my car in and knowing whether I was able to afford a new car. But my salesperson (Michael Slayton) was super nice and knowledgeable and his manager, the absolutely amazing Todd Snyder was my hero in finding me the most OUTSTANDING deal and handling my trade was especially easy. Also the time I spent at the dealership was short and I was not made to wait a long time for finance. The absolute best part of my SPECTACULAR experience at Paradise Chevrolet was that they were able to find a very important ring I had dropped under the seat of my old car and had been looking for it for 9 months prior to my trading it in. I can’t thank the guys at Paradise enough for all their help and for my SPECTACULAR experience. I noticed on the Thank you letter they sent me that their logo is “Where we do the little things” and let me tell you they do it the most amazing way I have ever seen!! I absolutely love my new Malibu!!
