  Management is awesome. They're always polite and very helpful when it comes to taking care of all your concerns or suggestions. Maintenance crew is very fast upon completing service requests and professional. Overall, I enjoy all the events and activities they provide to our community. I'd recommend this complex to others looking for a new, pleasant place to live. Renewed my lease too. Lol!

  Our and a few other residents car was stolen from the property and management has done nothing about it. They said it would be notices on everyone's door. It wasn't. They mentioned officers partoling the area. They don't. The gate is broke for months at a time which is how they were able to steal multiple cars in the first place. They have every excuse in the book as to why its not fixed. They wont allow residents to view the tape of our cars being stolen and the only thing they say is, "it can happen anywhere." Its like telling a rape victim it could happen to anyone. Its very condescending, cold, and annoying. For you and your family's safety please find another apartment complex. Management cares nothing about residents they make you pay for your own light bulbs. How ridiculously cheap is that.
  
  Update: More excuses per Callie's reply. We have two "courtesy officers" that took almost two hours to respond to a car break in. Patrol services are not contracted. This is my home and have been very vigilant since the car break in's. NOT ONE police officer patrol or contracted security since the break in. Because a few resident said they didnt want notices you exclude everyone from notices. Another way to save money and another way to show they don't care. Trash is everywhere in the outside the community. Again save your time and money.

  New Management: (Panther LLC) took over this property the beginning of February 2015. I have been a resident here since 2013. Since (First Communities LLC, mngt.)formerly known as (Astoria Riverside Parc Apartments ) sold this property to (Panther LLC, mngt.) there has been numerous break-ins, burglaries, and a murder on July 4, 2015 - a man was shot in the face outside building 5000. The property is beautiful; but you can't judge a book by its cover. Entrance gate is continuously inoperable. If your safety and your family safety isn't really a concern; then move here.

  I take reviews very seriously which is why I would not complete one at the urging of the previous Property Manager, Jonathan a few years ago.
  I believe one should only pen a review after residing in a community for at least six months in order to give a true and accurate rating.
  My family and I moved to the property a few years ago and appreciated the friendliness of the staff (it’s part of the reason we chose to reside here).
  The Good: The property grounds were well kept, truck drivers were not permitted to park their trucks on the property, loitering around the stairwells was not permitted, and the slightest issue or problem was ALWAYS immediately reported in writing to the tenants.
  The Bad: Some units have structural issues which cause certain rooms to become warmer or cooler than others (depending on the season) and the walls are a little thin. There are also cracks around the crown molding in our unit (unusual for a fairly new property) and it’s obvious some corners were cut in the amenities in the units . Nevertheless, the property was ideal for our family’s budget and we felt safe.
  
  In 2015, the property was purchased by a new company and is now known as Panther Parc.
  The Good: The Leasing Office has been completely renovated, the outside of the apartment buildings have fresh new paint (not that the buildings needed it), the fitness center received a nice overhaul, and the stairwells also now have fresh paint (again, not that they needed it).
  The Bad: Some other additions to the property are not so pleasant which now includes an office staff who could probably use a course or five in customer service. Management no longer inform tenants in writing when there are MULTIPLE issues such as break-ins (more than 1 unit was burglarized simultaneously in one incident).
  The Ugly: Tenants were also not informed in writing when there was a MURDER in 2015. Also, when the property gates are inoperable we no longer receive written notification on an ETA date for repairs. Vehicles have also been damaged in the common parking areas and received little or no help from the office staff to hold those responsible accountable.
  Last but not least, residents are not interested in paying an inflated leasing rate to cover the cost of new paint, workout equipment, and leasing office renovations. We could probably accept the sizable lease increase if the upgrades went to the actual units.

  I have no complaints about living at Panther Riverside Parc. I truly love the staff and I'm satisfied with my apartment and neighbors. The noise level is low and the community is pleasant. If I need something repaired they come right away and they always have functions that allow the community to meet and greet one another. The ladies in the office are always smiling and ready to assist. I would highly recommend Panther Riverside Parc to anyone that wants an excellent place to live!
