My daughter and I went to this location at the request of a contractor that I hired to do work in my house. He said that they have quality cabinets at reasonable prices. We walked in and there was a receptionist at the front desk. I told her we were interested in looking at kitchen cabinets. She didn’t smile, she just pointed towards the back of the store and told us that “kitchen is in the back”. I was a little taken back by that reception, but we went to take a look. We were pleased with what we saw. However, after walking around and chatting a little, I began to wonder why no one was coming to assist us. There was a couple of people in the store that appeared to work there, but never said one word to us. They totally ignored us, including as we walked out. I told my contractor about this and HE apologized for sending me there and that I had that experience. He said that he would no longer recommend them to anyone. I pray 🙏🏾 that he means that.

I have been building cabinets for over 30 years so I known a good cabinet. I have been installing Panda cabinets for about 10 years and their product is great. I will not install any other cabinets. Now the one thing is you have to know what you are doing if not you need to get someone who does so it comes out right. I work with Ada and have never had a problem.

Don’t waste your time and come to this location, they have no selection of anything at all, I wish I would’ve just seen the reviews before I came, and wasted the trip all the way down here. No inventory and garbage material

I'm a costemer that buy kitchens all year around I Bay a kitchen in doral store when I go to the warehouse I pay to put all items on a pallet.. when I com to the job was 1 cabinet defrant coller I whet back to the warehouse and did not whet to change it the manger alan did not care that I'm a good costemer even when was hes warehouse mistacksorry panda never again u costemer services is blow level

Bad Business charges fees they never apply, we were charge $ 800. 00 dollars for removing the counter top and the installer said he would not touch the counter top and finish the job. we went back for a refund and they said it was a maybe. they kept the money and never came back to finish the job. Cheap quality protect your money

Pls don't use these ppl. First they started with we need to cancel your delivery. After much fight I got the cabinets when I was suppose to. The Sales rep (Jose peris) missed an entire foot of cabinet in the design, that's when I should have just returned the entire cabinets. Then came the warped cabinets, broken doors, different color cabinets. Our island that we asked for a specific size is shorter. I'm going to be cooking the microwave from how little space he gave us to the stove. I'm overly disappointed at the money spent and the fact that we worked so hard to buy this kitchen is heart breaking. And don't bother asking for a Manager they won't help you, they won't even get on the phone with you. PANDA POLICY apparently.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE..Those idiots have a bunch of people supposedly working there but when you show up no one is available to help you. I feel sorry for the owners if they don't know what is going on. They lost this morning over $10K on a kitchen my husband and I want to do, but you know what I got a better deal somewhere else that provided me the attention we needed. They literally only had 2 cars in the front and we showed up early in the morning and the incompetent receptionist could not even get a sales person to help us out. I am surprised they are still in business. A bunch of CLOWNS running this place!!! There is sooooo much competition that clients can literally go to better places, with better pricing and better customer service

One year of having the cabinets the doors are starting to crack at the edges. We have the anti slamming hinges to reduce the impact but the are still cracking. They were really nice when we installed them but after one year they are showing their quality.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! Do not expect a phone back from your sales person or the manager. Go to a more reputable company to purchase your kitchen from.

Well, I am still waiting on their so-called Ten Day Installation I think we are on day 24 or 25.. and you pay up front 100%.

I love the design and look of the cabinets. Our designer did a very nice job and worked to meet our budget. That part is fine. The demo guy was great as well.

Installers have rescheduled multiple times; the van needed agua; the grandfather died, then someone had to spend the whole day in court. Result: we are way behind. They have to measure before cutting the slab, but cabinets have to be IN. Well, the slab takes 7-10 days MINIMUM to cut.. .so how can the overall process take ten days? Talk about false advertising!

They don't keep track of details and you have to hound them constantly. There should be a checklist and schedule given to the customer. It would be understandable for some delays; things happen, but this seems to be the norm not the exception. I've been without a kitchen for almost a month, though I ordered cabinets on purpose that were in stock and paid up front.

I LOL at some of the glowing review on here, which sound like bad translations to English from Chinese. "My kitchen is hilarious?" Really? (that's not a bad translation from Spanish; I speak both languages, trust me).

Just be prepared.. prices are good but no guarantee on service and extremely poor management and communication.

Panda kitchen is a very nice kitchen contractor in Miami! I loved the way my kitchen is now. The cabinets are wonderful since their materials are excellent and easy to clean. The counter tops are original! I have never seen counter tops like mine and the design of my kitchen. I let them suggest me a particular design according to my taste and the space there was in my house. Finally, I got surprised! These guys did something that I could never imagine! Thanks!
