Been a patient for about 20 years which I have had no problems! But now, I cant seem to even schedule an appointment! No one EVER answers the phone! I have been trying to schedule an appointment for weeks now, but cant ever get through to talk to the secretary. I tried getting through on the website form but still no reply! This is crazy! I feel at this point that the only way I can see a doctor is to find a new one? I see the office responds to these google comments, which they will say to contact the office to discuss, but it is a lost cause, cuz when I do call, THEY DONT ANSWER!! Terrible!

Dr. Vohra’s and her staff have always done their best to give me excellent care and have always treated me very well. The staff is always very friendly and very caring to my needs.

I saw Dr. Vohra today, for the first time. I must admit, I was a bit apprehensive. My family doctor was in that practice and had just retired. I was with Dr. Solomon for approximately forty years. Loved her and all her staff. I waited a little, I will not lie, but she was well worth the wait. This doctor was not only very informed, but was kind and very respectful. Apologized for any delay. She is a doctor trying to incorporate new patients into her practice, tying to get to know each and every one of us and providing the best care possible. Things don’t always transition smoothly, especially in health care.no room for error. Please be patient and kind. She is worth your time, and things will be up and running smoothly before you know it.

I recently had my first appointment with Dr Vohara and I was immediately impressed with her. This was a follow up visit after a recent hospital stay. She corrected and added to medication that had been prescribed. I felt relaxed and comfortable because she was so personable, asking many times if I had any questions. I’m very happy to have her as my PCP.

Waited at least forty-five minutes for doctor. My physical was the Dr. listening to my heart feeling my neck and discussing my meds. Nothing else and I never seen this doctor before new patient. I didn’t even feel like I was seen by the doctor. I think she spent about 10-15 minutes with me.

I'm so disappointed in this practice today. I have had a couple of root canals done in the past with them and always had a good experience. This time I'm pregnant and needed a root canal, I called there office ahead of time to tell them and they said they can still do the root canal, In fact they have done several for pregnant woman! They said all I needed was a referral from my obgyn, so I did just that! My apt was at 915am and I arrived 15mins early , I handed my referral to the front desk as soon as I arrived, and seen her walk back to hand it to a nurse. After waiting for an hour , I finally got called back, the nurse sat me down and said she need to do X-rays and left the room, then came back in the room to say I didn't have a referral for X-rays , I told her I did, but she said the referral needed to say that, I told her when I called a month ago I wasn't told I need to have the referral itemized for each step of my treatment I was just told I needed a referral and that's what I got. She said I needed to go back to the waiting room and they would contact my obgyn to get it. After waiting even longer I walked up to the front desk to see when I would be finally getting this root canal done and they said they still didn't get the referral from my doc yet . I told them I called a month ago, and they didn't state this to me when i called , also they had my referral as soon as I walked in their door and waited over an hour to tell me it wasn't good enough , they have no respect for my time even though I have respect for their time arriving early and calling ahead to make sure I had what I needed, if they need more on the referral they should have noticed that and called my obgyn during the hour they had me sitting there waiting! I took time off work to have this done, they showed no respect for me at all and no kindness even though I was a repeat customer , they dropped the ball big time and instead of admitting to their mistakes all they did was blame it one me and my obgyn Doctor. They should have stated exactly what they needed on the referral when I called a month ahead to go over it with them and they didn't! It was clearly their fault, not mine or my obgyns , it's like ordering a steak at a restaurant but not telling the cook how you would like it done then blaming the cook! They lost a patient, and I have referred people to them in the past as well and I will never again reefer them. I work in customer service and give nothing but the best service and respect to my customers especially my repeat customers and I expect nothing less then the same done for me!

I move around a lot, so finding a good Doctor is often difficult. Dr vohra is not only kind, courteous, and patient, but her staff is also great. She gives each patient personalized attention, and no matter how busy the offThe nurses are empathetic and professional. Scheduling is never an issue, especially for emergency circumstances, the waiting room is clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend this Dr and her staff.
