I love ponchos it's always good food great prices they're open 24 hours a day so after the bar it's a great place to go and get some food. Some items can be a little bit pricey but ends on what you get thoroughly recommend the California Burrito excellent excellent excellent. The place is well maintained the seating areas always kept clean the salsa bar has different sauces available to your liking as well as jalapenos regular peppers onions all available right there to have with your meal.
They also do serve horchata which is really good it's not like you get in Mexico but it's close
Despite the appearance of a lot of Americanization on the menu, the base Meats at this restaurant are authentic. The Carnitas in particular are quite excellent. Portions are extremely large for a Taqueria, and the combinations in the burritos are a bit strange and plain. The salsas are good, and the service is always excellent.
Always good food. And fresh very friendly staff kinda expensive but who cares they are good and open 24 hours who doesn't want mexian food when your drunk at 3am. The Mexican taco shop has the same menu and all but they arent the same. The employees are rude illegal and just pure insane and rude. They throw cups at the customers and play on their phones instead of trying to take your order.
The food here is incredible, decent price too. I felt I got a good portion of food, I was more than satisfied. Would definitely stop by frequently for those in the mood for Mexican food moments.
I've been a faithful customer since the day they opened. I have only had one order that was incorrect in all this time and you're talking about a LOT of orders over the years. I am in there a couple times a week or more, mainly in the morning for the breakfast burritos, and I don't hesitate to to recommend them to anyone.
The food is absolutely delicious!!!! I love that it's a 24 hour establishment. Great food, any time of the day!
Get the number 17 rancheros plate. Steak and eggs with rice, beans and tortillas. Plenty of food for one person.
Always good, always trustworthy, always open (24/7) and they allow call ahead orders.
Excellent food and fast service makes this a great Mexican food restaurant for a quick lunch!
This place has good authentic style Mexican food at reasonable prices. Plus the breakfast burritos are to die for. If you haven't tried Poncho's I suggest you do, its very good food.
All in all the visit here was good. We only went through the drive through line. The food was not to bad but the order speaker was very hard to hear and the person on the other end spoke vary fast and unclear. They did manage to get most of our order correct and the wait was not bad. It wasn't a good enough experience for my family and I to return but we glad we tried it once.
My burritos are always hot and great tasting. Tonight when I went there was only 1 cook and the restaurant had a somewhat steady flow of customers. The cook was not sloppy about his job yet abviously trying his best. Great Work Great Food
All food is cooked with -very-little- spice, not just "not hot" but "not spiced. That said, the food is good, reliable, the portions are large and the price is reasonable. Then throw in that they're open 24 hours. Recommended.

prices of gone up since my last time but I guess that's it's the way of life anymore. 11 bucks seems like a lot of money for a combo meal at a fast casual place but it's pretty good
-----I visited Topeka for two days ended up eating here twice.
Prices may appear slightly high but you get a lot of food for the money.
I love the Carne Asada tacos, take a look at the pictures I posted.
The food is like going to a sit down restaurant but it it is fast. Food tastes good. Burritos are huge and worth the $6 you pay for them.
They always get the order wrong. Food is overpriced, overcooked and drowned in grease. But if you want subpar Mexican food available 24 hours a day, this is the place for you.
The best breakfast burritos! I love the bacon but the steak is really good too! Great prices and pretty large burritos you can tell the tortillas are homemade.
First time sticker shock but well worth it.
I wasn't expecting prices to be so much higher than a fast food place considering it's casual. But the portions more than make up for the cost Excellent food and good service
