This place is just odd. Have been there a few times for eyebrows but when I tried to book an appointment for my hair they gave me a hard time because I wouldn’t book it with the new colorist who needed the experience. They made it almost impossible for me to try to book with anyone else. What the hell?! Get a life! It’s my hair. Under other circumstances I may have gone with the new girl but since I already screwed up my hair I wanted someone with experience. Shady ladies. Avoid this place. There are other salons that are much better even though this area we are limited.

I usually have a good experience so I'm giving it 3 stars ..but this last time will be my last time going to panache the lady litterally messed my hair up and it's not like what I asked for at all ..I told them this and they did schedule me to come in and get it fixed ..the fix is way worse than before and now I can't do crap with my hair and it looks terrible :( this is a hair cut I have gotten at panache before and so I do know how the look should look ..im not a happy client right now and I will be going to a new salon to get it cut short because that's the only way to fix this mess.

Never a good experience. One worker kept talking about clients behind their backs. Very rude. Same worker put me on hold 8 times when I tried to make an appointment for myself and a friend for multiple services. She kept confirming the appointment was in the computer but when we showed up, she never booked anything for us. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I went to Panache over the weekend and received a razor cut by Ceci. Ceci did an outstanding job texturizing my hair. Staff was very friendly and professional. After many fail attempts in locating a great stylist within the area, I finally found one in Ceci. Panache is definitely one place I would recommend for getting a GREAT haircut. I am looking forward to booking a spa treatment which includes a massage and facial. Thank you to the wonderful ladies at Panache!!!
