The ladies are very friendly and do an exceptional job! They got me right in without having to wait. There were at least 5 other customs. It was a nice experience!!!

Gotta be on of the worst manicures I've ever gotten. The lady didn't even do my cuticles and forgot to take off the extra acrylic around my nails. Piss poor job would never go back!

I would give no stars if i could. They weren't busy while I was there, but the lady did my fill so fast. She was irritated when I asked her to file my nails to all be even and she had the polish slopped all over my skin. When she was all done I asked her to fix a nail and she tried saying the reason it was like that was of the last person that did my nails. I took my 8 year old daughter with me to get her nails painted and she said how rude the lady that did my nails was. I will never go back and I will tell anyone I talk to, to NEVER go there.

I took my daughter and daughter in law in for mani-pedi. I paid extra for the gel polish. our polish is already chipping off and i had to clean my nails up after we left she left all kinds of goop under them . When I ask her to clean it up she said she didn't have time for that. Now of course she had already collected the money in advance. I had made appointments so that we would not be feeling so rushed. I can promise I will never go back ever again. Looks like I will have to find a new salon in Granger.

Terrible service! I made an appointment for 4 of us at 1pm. They had 5 open chairs and sat 3 people who walked in, then sat 2 more people who walked in. It was 2pm and we asked why we hadn't been seated and the lady said to come back at at 4 or come back tomorrow. Another lady said we aren't open tomorrow. As we were leaving the owner said come back in an hour. Needless to say we left and won't come back. What was the point of making an appoint?

My shellac lasted 3 weeks! None of my nails broke and it still looked great after 3 weeks. Thanks!

I went there to get acrylic for the first time with my friend. The lady was so rude and complaining cause I wanted my nails short and almost took my acutel nail off. They were just so rude to us we are never going there again

I was very disappointed. I took my daughter her for her first time at the spa and they have her a broken chair so she didn't get a massage. They didn't take her to the nail side to do her manicure and did them in the pedicure chair without having her wash or soak them. And my pedicure was very subpar. I had to fix my polish as it was on my cuticles and she didn't offer to scrape my heels or anything as most places do. We will look for a new salon in the area.

I am not sure why I have to give this establishment one star?? It deserves zero!
I was a first time customer as Tip-N-Toe today and I will never go back and I will tell anyone I know never to go there! The service was horrible! I was asked by I am pretty sure the owner to take off my own nail polish! The girl who did my shellac was fast, rough and just rude. I paid $25 for a manicure that lasted less than 20 minutes. My nails are not filed evenly and I have dings in them. Not to mention the establishment was filthy! I am surprised they have not been shut down by the health department.response / report this review
