The people at this dealership in sales merch parts and service have always been amazing. The only thing that was lacking was there was never any feminine clothing for us fluffy girlsbut guess what now they have some of the newest stuff in big women sizes..go in and look we all know how hard ordering clothes online can be. When you’re custom built it’s nice to try it on and get the right size the 1st time.

Excellent service. Employee was very knowledgeable and helpful. I am going to switch to Palm Springs Harley for service on my 2017 heritage softail. I also plan on buying my next harley at Palm Springs.

The whole sales staff are wonderful. They all have a very friendly attitude. Palm Springs Harley Davidson is not one of the biggest locations but it does have everything a rider need with a down home feel.

I only need a few small missing chrome pieces for my Ultra Classic. Ashley was on very helpful in selecting the right parts for me. She would call me and give me updates on my order during the whole process while I was waiting for delivery. Very Helpful and Kind.

We are long way from home and they were very helpful, Quick response to replace a tire on my 89 FXR that got toasted with heat, also fix a small thing on my carburetor with no extra charge. Very satisfied with the fast friendly service. Thank you!

Went in to look and came out a new owner of our 1st Harley Davidson. a beautiful Blue Road King. Alice is a great NO PRESSURE sales woman. The young lady in clothing/boots knows her stuff. Everyone there made me and my family feel welcome and part of the Harley Davidson family. We have been back a few times to make other clothing and boot purchases. This is our NEW favorite store.

Alice and Tom worked with me for weeks to get the right ride and fit (handlebars, seat, forward controls or not? etc.,) and accessories for my new ride. I test drove 3 different bikes, several times each. They could not have been more helpful or generous with their time and suggestions, not to mention patient with me! After I made my decision to buy the Low Rider, I was on a very tight time frame. Consequently, Alice took personal time to pick up some saddle bags for me from another dealership - just to make sure I had everything I wanted before I left town for the summer. They even helped me load the bike on my trailer. Jessie and Eric in Service were always there to assist as well. Thank you all at PS Harley Davidson. I look forward to doing more business with you this fall when I return to the desert with the rest of the snowbirds!

For the past 3 years, it has always been a pleasure shopping for motor clothes , accessories , etc. at Palm Springs Harley. The reason ? These two amazing ladies. Rhonda & Megan go over and above the call of duty to assist their customers. Not only are they efficient and knowledgeable of all merchandise on the floor, if its not there , they look it up on their computer or catalog and make sure we get a call when our merchandise is delivered to the store. They both take a personal interest in making our shopping experience special. " Exemplary Service !! "

I go to Palm Springs every year to visit family. I've owned Harleys my whole life and make a point of visiting the shop to get a couple shirts before my trip back up to Northern Calif. The people there are very nice and take care of their customers with a pleasant attitude. The shop over all is very clean and the displays are well thought out. I recommend that anyone who is visiting Palm Springs should stop in and see the shop for themselves.

Very awesome experience w service (Jessie) on a new bike I recently purchased from another dealership. Also bought a new one here got a great deal. Alice and Mike created the perfect bike for my wife at such a great deal that another dealership said "if you're getting that bike at that price take it". Mike even delivered the bike to our home a day before it was promised. Best experience we've ever had purchasing cars trucks and scooters anywhere. From Ashley in parts to the girls in merch and even Jessie's brothers input from his personal riding experience these people are a great team very customer oriented and chill. No pressure at all. Well done guys and gals.
As far as a previous negative review about Mike..most people call a dealership and talk to people in service regarding service and the service manager is great. I called ahead and he said to bring her on in for a look see that day and Jessie fixed a little noise that I didn't like right away.
Mikes job is everything at once and on a busy day he still gave you an answer AND ADVICE..which you obviously took. As I said before Mike went above and beyond for us when he didn't have to as we had already made our purchase and never asked for delivery.response / report this review -

New to riding, was looking for a used Yamaha. Very close to driving up to riverside, to find the best deal. After talking to Alice and Jon for 10 minutes I knew driving to riverside wasn't the case. No hassle, upfront service. "The mechanics were nice enough to say I got a great bike, even though it was a Yamaha." Ha good stuff.
