Wow this place is amazing! I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin who fixed my bike in about 4 minutes. He couldn't have been a nicer guy. Only charged me 20 bucks but could have easily charged double or more.

Really nice folks over there. It’s like a family get together when you walk in. I went in for a big ole 3” tube (see photo) and he had one and we sat and talked for an hour..?? The daughter and her two boys were in it was great.
If you are in a truck like me and you have a bike with you like I do ITS STRAIGHT ACROSS from the Flying J

I ended up buying this bike and all the employees were great! Would definitely recommend this bike shop. Wish they had a better selection but none of the other shops were very flexible/reasonable on discounts compared to this store. Already told all my riding buddies about this store!

Went in for one thing and ended up with a few maintenance problems taken care of on the bike including a squeaking that I had been told from another mechanic was the free wheel but turned out to be a rusty part on the derailleur. How he figured it out is beyond me. Pat yourself on the back, dude. This shop also has a few used bikes.

He just said come back when ever if you have 8 bucks. I have never had such great customer service. I highly recommend this place!

I have never been to Joel's, But one thing i must say, is that his shop is a blessing! i wish to thank them for paying it forward to a friend of ours. He had been stranded in the Indio area for a day or so with a broken rear axle and other equipment issues, after 3000 miles of riding in the mountains and the desert heat (a trip that started in May), He was almost ready to leave his bike and trailer til some one took him to Joel's. (another random act of kindness) Thank you so much for helping "Cowboy" to get back on his way to Venice Beach, Joel and good luck to to and your family on your upcoming 500 mile bike ride this fall.
