  Very helpful! They were extremely patient and helpful. They were not able to order the part for our door latch because the company is out of business and their catalog showed no replacement. They recommended a lock shop who had it!

  Very helpful, I ordered a kitchen Garden window. They were up front and said that it would be 2 to 6 weeks and it came in two and a half weeks. That made me very happy. Very good service.

  I have used this place several times and have always had excellent service and followup. Nice to work with sales associates that know what they are talking about! Additionally, my french doors were custom made with better quality than what Home Depot had do offer for the same price, which where cheep off the self doors. I can't add any comments to installation, since I did that myself. The delivery was however prompt and friendly service as well.
