Palm Coast Ford offered me significantly more money for my Escape than four other dealers in the area. Paul Summa was courteous, professional, thorough, patient, and fair. I recommend Palm Coast Ford!

Wow!!! We had such a great time yesterday at Palm Coast Ford,the guys was so nice to my wife and I that we bought a car yesterday. I holly recommend buying from these guys again.

Went on Sunday. Manager claims salespeople didn't show up for work. We looked at a car by ourselves. Next he says computer down, couldn't give figures. We were there a total of 2 hours! We set up appt for Monday. We show up at that time, but they asked us to wait because the manager made a quick run to bank. After waiting 15 minutes we left. No respect for appointments. Who wants to give business to a place run this poorly. Received a phone call, but no apology, just a call me. No wonder Palm Coast residents go elsewhere.

Review for service: Be aware! You have to make an appointment and can not just drive up to get even a simple oil change. I have the "oil change for life" so I didn't want to go elsewhere. As well an appointment is not for your car but for your Service Writer to get you in. My appoint at 1pm resulted in my car in the bay at 1:50pm. Was told this was a good day and sometimes could take up to 1.5 hours to get into bay! Wow! If this is acceptable then come on in nice enough folks just think Palm coast is bigger now than the dealerships ability to service

Let me just say If you are looking for a great buying experience from a group that "really does treat you like family" You really should stop by Palm Coast Ford!
With these guys there was no pressure just helping us find the right vehicle for our needs. I'm someone that takes two hours to buy a comfortable, perfect pair of shoes So my wife dreaded going with me to buy a car for her!
In fact, we actually didn't reach a deal the first day we went After 4 hours at the dealership we left Suffice to say my wife wasn't happy with me that Friday night.
On Monday morning Shawn called me back and asked if we had thought any more about one of the vehicles we had seen on Friday.
After thinking about it and doing a bunch of research over the weekend we had decided a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium was the perfect car for us.
Shawn (salesman) and Sean (sales manager) went above and beyond. Gave us way more for our trade Treated us like family And really were professional.
But the cherry on the top of this experience came when they kept the car an extra day to detail it They called us at 11 a.m. and told us that the car wouldn't be ready at 2pm as promised But rather 4pm.
THE REASON???
When they put the car on the lift they realized that the car's tires only had 10,000 miles left on them So they changed all 4 tires with brand new 18" tires Saving us an $800 expense in a few months.

Never bring your car to be serviced here, it will go in with one problem and come out with a different one.
I brought my 2012 Ford Focus to Palm coast Ford (where it has been serviced regularly for the last year) because of a loud popping noise I heard under the hood twice while driving. I brought it in at 10am to be diagnosed, the service person called me at 2:00pm to let me know they couldn't diagnose the sound and thought it was the Transmission control module getting used to my driving habits, I told him that could not be it as the TC module was last updated over 5000 miles ago, so he said he'd talk to the service person and be in contact. 4:45 rolls around I call to see if my vehicle is ready for pickup they said yes so I came to pick it up. Service tech said everything is fine, but something may be wrong with the blower motor so in order to diagnose they will have to take the whole dash apart which will need to happen on another day but nothing to worry about. I go to get in my car and turn on my AC as I am 9 months pregnant, and the thing is making the loudest sound and blowing the most rancid smelling air. It did not go in with that issue. I immediately requested that the manager look at it and everyone was scratching their heads. They would not give me a lender vehicle for the weekend and would not schedule to have it serviced until Monday or Tuesday where it would be $60+/hr at at least 5 hours of labor plus whatever parts, etc, looking at $600 of work for something that wasn't even wrong before I took it to this terrible dealer! 9 months pregnant with a two year old daughter driving around in 90+ degree weather because this dealership is just awful!
Never get your car serviced here, terrible customer service and even worse car service!response / report this review -

Super small town dealership! The salesmen take their time and thoroughly explain the models. Though I did not end up purchasing a Ford, I recommended a friend who did purchase a Ford Fiesta. My friend was pleased with the trade-in they were offered and it sealed the deal. To my surprise, the dealership sent me a $100 reward for my recommendation that resulted in a purchase. I cannot be more pleased with my experiences at Palm Coast Ford.

I am a returning customer and I had the absolute best car buying experience at Palm Coast Ford for the second time. The staff is so helpful and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. They are awesome! I walked in thinking I could not qualify for a car and they gave me above and beyond what I asked for.

Went in needing to get a new car, but not knowing what we wanted to get. Our salesman Josh was extremely helpful. He answered all of our questions during our numerous test drives while we were trying to decide what to purchase. He was patient, knowledgeable and not pushy in any way. We ended up with the SUV that was meant for us (and at a great price). I'll certainly be back for our next car and would recommend Palm Coast Ford to others.

Wonderful, dedicated, and professional sales staff! Fast and efficient service department! Truly makes you feel like family verses "just another customer" ! I recommend them every day to everyone ! They stand by the their word for providing excellent customer service by "your only Home Town dealer"! We have purchased almost 8-9 vehicles from them and would never shop anywhere else! Thank you Palm Coast Ford for all you do for customers, family, and our small town!
