Just got my oil changed here after going to Walmart all of the previous times & I must say, Pal's customer service is so amazing. They are super nice & also do a great job.

My fiance was hired at the car wash and when he started he was not made aware of the only way he got paid was ONLY if they did a car.

First time and last. I was very confused as to which way to go after coming through the wash and because I did not get the more expensive wash job the employees werr very unhelpful. Almost acting as if I was stupid for asking them questions.

I just had my car washed and paid extra to get it cleaner. I am showing the car today, and i had to reclean the inside and outside because it didnt look any better. I was in a hurry to get the car to where it needed to be so i had to do what i could to make it presesentable. I tried to call to let them know what a poor job they had done and their mailbox was full. Ironically their mailbox was to full to leave a message.

3 cars. All of them scratched from the brushes at this place. I didn't blame this place for the scratches at first, but now I brought my brand new car here. My very first car wash was here. Significant scratches were found that weren't there when inspected in the dealership. Not coming back.

The staff is helpful. I tend to be disappointed with the upgraded washes and finishing options because for the price the attention to detail should be greater. The oil change staff are amiable and quick.

After I had the truck cleaned we left and went about 2 mi to Panera for a bagel found my spare keys in the ignition. Went back to car wash and they didnt know what happened to the master key ring. Which has my wedding band and work tool box keys. I started looking around inside and out found they were laying on the hood of the truck just ahead of the wipers the whole time I was driving !. Should be exercising a system for safe keeping of the customer keys. Truck was cleaned well, not thoroughly. Great job on the windows inside.

I've used the car wash a lot because of convenience and closeness, however one day the dryer blew out my side mirror and broke it, when I reported it I was told they only pay for vehicles 3 years or newer and mine fell outside of that range even though I take good care of my truck.
The wash is convenient, but not the best. I've purchased every price range with the exception of full service and I have not noticed any difference in wash quality. It won't even clean the bugs off my windshield. I give it 2 stars for convenience, but service stinks as well as quality.response / report this review -

Good friendly service. One of the reasons we went to the car wash was because a bird pooped on my son's window. We finished our shopping, then to the car wash. I purchased the basic wash. But it didn't completely remove the poop. So we drove around to the free vacuum and towel area. I was able to wipe the poop off with a towel. They have a towel cart in the center of all the vacuum stations. Those are the most used vacuum and are wearing out. After wiping down the car, I had to move the car to another spot to find vacuums that worked better. Even then, one of the hoses was cracked. I was able to get my car cleaned, it was a little disappointing that the wash didn't clean off the bird mess that was less than an hour old and I had to move around to find decent working vacuums.

I TELL YOU WHAT , THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST PLACE THIS SIDE OF THE BATTLEFIELD TO GET YOUR CAR WARSHED AND WAXED !!! There is a tall slim handsome feller who greets the Customers- JOSH is his name - GREAT MANAGER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE- PALS TREATS YA LIKE A REAL PAL SHOULD !!!!

Great place for a car wash and vacuum. Only complaint is that it can be a bit pricey for what you receive at times.
