If you are looking for a full-service car wash, as we were, this is NOT it. We were short on time and I needed my car to look good for a trade-in estimate, so I chose the nearest "car wash". I didn't expect to go through a gas station style car wash for $12 and be left with doing all of the real clean-up myself. I even had to use six of their micro-fiber towels to finish cleaning the outside because the machine didn't even clean the road residue from the windshield.

If you live in an apartment, I understand this concept, but for the vast majority of people, I find it hard to believe the self-service business model is a shocking surprise. FOR FULL-SERVICE, look elsewhere!

The woman who was supposed to pre-spray my car was too busy talking on her phone to actually do her job. Very rude and terrible customer service. You lost a customer today.

Don't bother being there when they "open" at 8am I was first in line as I was going out of town and two other cars were behind me. I stayed til 8:10 and left to find another wash.

Took my car through the wash and the wing on the trunk of my 2008 G-8 torn off going through and the management is giving me the run around so I'm now in the process of a civil suit against them.

I always liked Hurricane Bay Car WashuntilThis evening I payed the $14 price to get my new car cleaned for my wife. However, as I was vacuuming, an employee began emptying the vacuum filters and my car ended up dirtier on the outside and inside than it was when I arrived.

The manager seemed so sorry that he would not even allow me to go through the wash again because the machines were "shut down". Now, I'm not an astro-physicist, but I do believe the right action was to alter time and space by turning the "machine" back on and allowing me to leave somewhat happy. Instead I got a promise that I could come back the next day and have another wash for free. What about the inside of my car? Dirt and soot everywhere?!?
