My son and I had so much fun here. We made great keepsakes and memories during his radiation treatments. We will go back and make more!

A nice young lady helped us on our first visit here. She was very helpful and sweet and that's why I have two stars for her. Other than that it was way over priced and not a whole lot of options in paint basic colors no golds or silvers and to top it all off there wasn't really a whole lot to ceramic pieces to pick from  nor worth the price.

Extremely disappointed in this place. I took 5 kids here for a birthday party, spent over $200 and Unfortunately we had a house fire so I decided to wait to pick up the items. I received ONE call that they were ready never a second call to tell me they had to be picked up or they would be discarded. Sure it is in the small print that is almost illegible when you sign the receipt but I would think they could call at least a second time to remind you to pick them up. Will never return again.

Don't go there just for the coffee or a smile.
    You'll be disappointed in both.
    Overpriced brown water.
I seemed to be an inconvenience to them when I ordered coffee.
I think they're more interested in pottery sales.

The place was definitely over priced. There were lots of paint options and supplies. The staff was friendly but they are a bit disorganized. While painting, there were two customers that came in and the staff took a while to find their pieces. In addition, I did not receive a call telling me my piece was ready. Instead I had to call them and inquire.

Had a party for my daughter and her friends when she visited shortly before Christmas since we moved away. They were organized, friendly, and even rushed the order so we could get it glazed before leaving town. They had a great time.

Great place! Lots of pieces to pick from, however a little pricey depending on what you want to do. Very unique activity that is also fun. Plus the drinks are delicious!

Wonderful cute place. My daughter has autism and sometimes has a hard time in public places. The staff was wonderful, especially Nancy who made us feel comfortable there. I know as a special needs mom that it's hard to find places that are friendly to the community. We will definitely be back.

It was expensive. I knew it was going to be bad, but I didn't expect to spend $20 on a figurine I could have bought at Michaels for less than $5. Plus, we didn't get to walk out with our items. We had to wait a week. It's really crowded in the whole store ie it's hard to look at items to paint when there are people sitting at tables. Plus, the area the paints are stored is very small - it's only comfortable for a max of three people to be looking at colors at once. The Clay Cafe at the Great Plains Mall was 10x better. I won't be going back to Paint Glaze and Fire unless I find a really good coupon.
