Okay I will try this again I had went through everything and somehow it got erased before I could post it I have I have marked one star because that's the lowest you can go for this place the staff is great the nurse is great all the people are so nice there is suffer the wellness doctor at that I seen I guess she's a nurse practitioner I don't know what they call her I did not get to see anyone except for her it was a black woman nurse who is very prejudiced against white people she never touched me she never looked at me while she talked to me all she did was sit and have on the computer I would really love to have some people that could get together and pick it this place they could write some letters this woman does not deserve to work with people I've never in my life in so degraded I'm 53 years old 54 years old I'm sorry I drove trucks Road Bulls for 30years my life I havetorn my body all to pieces trying to feed my family and I tried to talk to her and I told her I said you know I said you are very very hateful I didn't get mean with her or anything she said I'm not trying to be hateful I am just doing my job she talk to me like I was a dog she would not listen to anything I had to tell her I've never been through such a bad experience in my life if I never am able to get pain medicine again which I need to live why would not come there even if she would give me meds completely stopped I would not go there I would not have anything to do with that place and it's all because of the lady that was well and she's no lady the woman that was there she was so rude I have never seen anybody that rude I'm supposed to be on my medicine 5 times a day I've had leukemia I've had my shoulder replaced 3 times so many different things going on with me I have no quality of life without my medicine but you know I really don't know what to do like I said Ihad an appointment for 2 more weeks to come by just to review me she would not tell me where they want to take me or not but like I said even if they would take me there's no way in this world that I would ever go back there I don't know how much of this will be on the post but if there's anybody out there that would like to join me to picket this place to do something she does not need to work with people especially people who are genuinely genuinely sick she doesn't need to be there and something needs to be done to get her out of that place thank you so much for listening and I hope everybody can get straightened out thank

I have had back problems for over 12 years. I moved away from my old city, so I tried pain md because it was the closest. I was told that even though I had herniated discs, pinched nerve and spinal arthritis. I was told by the nurse practitioner that none off my diagnosis warranted pain meds. I have been on pain treatment for 12 years. I had pain in my shoulder and foot that particular day but it was not once addressed. My exam consisted of seeing how far I could bend over. The stethoscope she used to listen to heart and breath sounds, wasn't on my body long enough to tell anything.

The doctor was rude and ugly toward me because I was once a drug user. I have been clean for a good while and am about to have surgery on my lower back, then knees and hip. I go to see my orthopedic soon to have my operation. Until then I am in constant severe pain. They threw me out after telling me that basically once a user always a user, which is totally untrue!! Don't waste your time or money trying to see this practice. They aren't here to help you, only take your money. Threw out my urine sample which I would have easily passed without even testing it. I would have passed a blood and follicle test as well. They don't care if you are in pain at all. Hateful, ugly, snobbish doctor in my opinion. Find yourself a different management doctor If you really need help, you won't find it here.

If you need help with chronic pain you DON'T want to go here! Waited for 2 hours in a freezing cold room only to be told that unless he's been going to another pain management place for 3 or 4 years that they can't help him with pain meds. What is someone supposed to do when they need help? You don't want to go here!

Wouldn't suggest going here if ya in need of real help. Cause they just think ya Dr. Seeking. We are otr truck drivers. My fiance was involved in a tractor trailer roll over and had to be flown to the er. They released him with suggested to find a pain management office and start looking for a back surgeon. So as for us being all over the us, hauling good for your families. Being apart from ours mths on end and can't really relying on set schedule we found this place and in for a visit today and they wouldn't give him a referral for a surgen or refill what meds the er had gave him. Which he even asked for in a lower dose other made him sick to strong for him to take. But they sure did want the 225 $ upfront befor seeing Dr. He has a bulging disc in his lower back which is pressed agaoist his spinal cord. But yet he still pushes to drive hours on end to work and deliver stuff in need. If anyone else is a driver ya know how it feels driving all day. So if ya really in pain and need help find somewhere to go to cause obviously this place just think everyone is just Dr Seeking. But some other people can go and refill 3/4rx and well they don't even need it and don't have a real issue. So I guess if ya want lie about your issue and see what high dose they give ya you might want come here. If you in need of some real help so you can get by on your job and find a back surgeon just forget bit. Just one pissed of women. .

With my injections and medication I can go own with my limited daily routine , and not have to worry about the pain that has been a serious issue for 4 years.Love the staff, very friendly and helpful.

I just want to say that The Pain Center of Mount Airy is fantastic! They are all so helpful and understanding. The staff is always smiling and it just makes your day to walk in. The nurses in the back are GREAT! Dawn and Christine always take the time to listen and make sure that all your questions are answered! I would not go anywhere else for my pain managment!

I would highly recommend becoming a patient at Pain Center of Mount Airy for those in need of chronic pain management. The staff is very professional and always friendly. Patients are seen in a timely manner. They have certainly helped manage my pain in my daily routine with injections and medication.

I have had none to help me but Heather has helped me so much! I was so worried about going into a pain clinic but she is so understand and she takes time with you! I just love her as a Dr. and wouldn't go any place else!
