Best subs ever! Italian market is closed, you have to go to the Girard stop
Great place to eat, food is always fresh and good. The owner can be frequently seen helping customers or even going on delivery runs. They just opened their 2nd location in Jacksonville and they even are coming to the new coliseum. Sweet potato tots are addicting!
I'm bummed I haven't tried this place sooner. They have the BEST sandwiches. We tried the Blue Ribbon and Fish and Chips sandwiches and were very happy. Crisp side salad was a perfect accompaniment. Fresh and tasty. We will definitely be back again.
Yeah, these are a fancier take on some Philly favorites and they don't disappoint. I find myself thinking about the Paesano sandwich a lottoo much.
Old school Philly sandwich spot with some crazy bites. Try the fried lasagna sandwich if you're feeling adventurous and hungry.
OMG the sandwiches are so complex and delicious, like an explosion of flavor. Lots of intense flavors mixed together in an amazing meld. I've had every gluten free option on the menu (they have gluten free bread from Taffett's across the street) plus several of the specials. Love love love this place.
The Paesano is hands down one of the best sandwiches ever! Everything here is original, that's my favorite thing about Peasanos. You cannot find sandwiches like this anywhere. I recommend you go with a friend and order 1 Paesano 1 Chicken Diablo and an order of potatoes. Sit down, put the phones away, split the sandwiches and enjoy!! Crazy good.
Easy to miss in the crowded Italian Market. I walked by it twice. They only offer less than a dozen kinds of sandwiches, but all of them sounded appealing. If only I had twelve mouths! I settled on the"Zawzeetch" which was spicy Italian sausage with hot peppers and onions on a crusty roll. Despite the 100+ degree heat outside, this sandwich was epic. I got there shortly after opening (11a) on a Saturday and there were only a few people at a table and no line. I only have a chance to get to Philly a couple times a year, but now I have a great reason to take a detour.
