So far so good
I've been here several times and so far it's been a good experience. Staff is friendly, and the flat rate costs to hold the package is quite reasonable. It's in walking distance across the border, so it your package isn't heavy and the traffic isn't backed up, it's definitely better to walk. The place is clean and organized, has a bathroom in the event you're stuck waiting at immigration (as I was for 1 hour). Coming back to Canada is quite speedy though. Right now, I would definitely recommend these guys for holding parcels and packages for Canadians.

The best place for shipping and receiving period. Package express exceeds my expectations every time. The prices are super fair, and their after hour locker option helps me out a lot. Super polite staff, well kept grounds and the inside is always so clean! Extremely professional!

The best packaging depot. Friendly staff. I've been going there for over 15 years, and never had a single issue. I order a lot and go twice a month on average throughout the year. They also have after-hours pickup, fully automated!

After many years of dealing with these people and being happy with the great service and really enjoying my visits here, I find myself very disappointed with the owner Sig. A package that I shipped from their location that was was properly packaged and marked "fragile" and "do not bend" was destroyed by UPS. Sig refused to stand behind me and, basically threw me under the bus with UPS for a lousy $70 claim. I have spent thousands of dollars shipping things from their location and the fact that Sig would not back me when things went wrong tells me all that I need to know about this mans morals, values and customer service. I expected more from you Sig, shame on you.

My entire extended family and I have been using PE since 2007.
They have always been extremely good in every possible way.
It's been cool to watch their business grow and policies change and adapt.

I have always wondered how they have managed to stay in business doing such great service for such little fees.
