Excellent seafood, and great service. Great location in El Paseo with a great view.

Service was excellent the atmosphere was very nice, but the food brought my rating down significantly.
The calamari appetizer was soggy and oily. The short rib main course was stringy and very very salty. The scallops main course was overcooked and rubbery. Don't know what was happening in the kitchen but it was sure off tonight.response / report this review -

I wouldn't call it homey. It's definitely trendy. Food was good. Could use a bit of music on the patio.

This restaurant continues to impress. We spent our 7th Wedding Anniversary there last night and the staff treated us wonderfully, giving us excellent service (which they normally do) and did a little extra for us and our child. This place is 'the place'!!

The food is wonderful. The seafood was very fresh. Their entrees combine foods in a way that you might not think goes together, but it works. The staff was super friendly.

I met with friends for a light dinner at Pacifica. The food is OK. I had a caprese salad that was very ordinary. At least the tomatoes were fresh. Then I ordered the half dozen scallops in the small plate/appetizer section. First of all, I only got five scallops, on five half shells! The scallops were tiny bay scallops in what I thought was an overly rich sauce. My friend said they used to serve the big, meaty sea scallops, but apparently not anymore.Thank goodness there was that good sourdough bread from the bread basket to absorb some of that heavy sauce. All in all, it was not a great meal, and too expensive for what was served.

Celebrated our anniversary at Pacifica and found it to be outstanding in all regards! Wonderful location with high quality food, service and management oversight. We were visited by both the GM and shift manager thanking us and congratulating our anniversary. Later, we were gifted with ice cream cake gratis. My wife had best swordfish ever and lobster was perfectDo NOT pass up the opportunity to dine here!

Loved it! Great atmosphere, excellent food and at a fair price compared to other high-end restaurants. I had the salmon and my dining partner had the small lobster. Both beautifully prepared, both tasty. We sat outside and over-looked El Paseo, the desert's Rodeo Drive. You can dine inside or out. Attentive service. Plus if you arrive early, you can take advantage of some early bird specials. They include 3 courses, starting with choice of salad. The dates wrapped in bacon appetizer is delicious! Ask for some sour dough bread too. It's delicious.

While the desert might not be the optimum place to look for a seafood restaurant, this one is one of the finest. The fish was fresh and imaginatively prepared. There is a wide choice of seafood, which should satisfy every taste. A bonus is that the prices are reasonable. Also, there is a good wine selection.
