  I worked at PacMoore for about 2 months. In that time, I put 480 hours in. I worked hard. I missed a few days due to a preexisting medical condition, but had no serious discipline or attendance issues. I was told approximately a week before I was let go that I would have a full time position with the company as soon as I finished my 480 with my staffing company. I was given uniforms. I was given keys to various areas of the building. I was liked and respected by most of my co workers. Less than a day after fulfilling my contract with my staffing agency, I was contacted and told that hour cuts were being made, and that 'my assignment had ended.' This company has an awesome policy. They call it FFIRE. It stands for 'Faith, Family, Integrity, Respect, and Excellence.' I tried hard to absorb and follow these values in and out of the workplace. However, I feel that this company has broken their Integrity and Respect for, at least, this former employee. I have met many people there that I have come to call Family, and will always be grateful to PacMoore for giving me the opportunity to meet these awesome people. As far as an employer however, they get a big double thumbs down from me. They work they people hard and put them away wet.. Often in the literal sense.. I don't recommend anyone attempting to begin a career there. If you don't have very good friends in very high places within this company, all you are doing is collecting a paycheck, not beginning your life as a worker, or starting anew.
