I am very picky! Everything I thought up was not a issue at all. There shop has very good rates. Very good place to order a new trailer.

Sure Trac quality is questionable and I agree with another poster who says their trailers feel a bit overpriced. It seems to me that they are cutting corners and still demanding a premium for their trailers. But as disappointed as I am with my Sure Trac purchase, I am more disappointed with the service I received from Detro Trailer in Bainbridge.
I have a small landscaping company and have had numerous issues with a brand new 14k dump trailer (battery, battery charging, jack) after less than one year of use. Throughout every step of the way (purchase, follow up questions, and maintenance/repairs) the people at Detro showed themselves to be unhelpful and barely interested in customer service. I could go on about my experience, but the short version is that I started having some battery charging issues about 6 months in, so I brought the trailer in for service and repair last winter and their solution to the problem was to tell me that I needed a new battery and proceeded to sell me a new one (remember that the "old" one was not even a year old), stating that this would solve the problem. It did not solve the problem. After several more things started going wrong with the trailer I took it to Northside Trailer in Zionsville and they fixed everything, including the battery issue which they easily diagnosed as a blown fuse holder for the hot wire.
After spending $7,600 on a new trailer I expected that the dealer would show some interest in ensuring things were working properly and I was happy with my purchase. But the impression I got at each step, from almost everyone I interacted with, is that they sell so many darn trailers that they don't have the time or the concern to provide much customer service to the individual. My advice is to go elsewhere. I will not be back, and will not be buying another Sure Trac.response / report this review -

Very rude! Trailers are priced good but there not helpful at all, whether you but something or not. Has the potential to be a very good business if they hired new a more professional staff.

Huge selection of trailers. They are very helpful and they don't pressure you to make a purchase. Their prices are fair. I would definitely recommend to a friend or family member.
