The workers were not very pleasant. Head phones did not work during MRI. Equipment is a bit out dated. It's smaller than the machine I had my first MRI 30 years ago at a hospital. Extremely loud machine. But it's the place my union insurance recommends, I'm sure it's about cost. It's understandable since they have old outdated equipment but does work. Oh well.

All of the staff ( I have been , twice) have been very friendly and helpful. This included having the results faxed to a physician's office , after a change in doctors. The technician was very professional, but also warm.
