Initial impressions were an aged facility and a little small. Yet even with those realities, it was clean, breakfast was pretty good and the service in the lobby was excellent.

There's no elevator and only a couple ADA rooms on the first floor that are usually reserved for extended stays of 6 months. It's out of date tiny bathrooms too!! Can barely fit in the bathroom with the door closed. Lobby is small and breakfast is cereals waffles toast and some apples. There is a fridge and microwave parking is free and the location is the best thing since your right in the middle of everything. There's alarm clock and DVD players in the room too. Julie at the front desk is super helpful!! One girl at the front desk said that they are turning into a quality inn next week and will hopefully be getting an elevator and room updates. It's 100% nonsmoking the smoking area is outside across from lobby with two tables and chairs but not covered which for me would be bad in the rain especially after the 3rd floor walk up but hey I could use the exercise and wouldn't kill me to quit smoking I guess either. There is a BBQ guests can use for cooking in the smoking area but if your a non smoker you probably don't want to cook your dinner next to a bunch of people smoking and since it's uncovered in the northwest it's probably only useful occasionally. It's a good place for if your in town on business or just crashing for a night since there are pretty much no amenities but there's quite a few restaurants in walking distance.

The room was very clean, and quaint. Smaller than I expected, but that wasn't so bad. Honestly, the bathroom was cleaner and nicer than the Hilton in New Orleans.

The room was great and the staff worked hard to make sure we were accommodated and comfortable there! We were in Silverdale for medical stuff and they made the entire experience very easy! Plenty of parking and lots of nearby food options that makes staying here easy. Slightly further out is a Safeway which makes it easy to pick up anything specific you might need. We enjoyed it a lot!

Very neat rooms, good service, cleaning staff did well. The rooms are dated and somewhat small, but the bed and pillows are comfortable. I'd love to see an elevator. They are pet friendly, with a fee and waiver, unless it's a service dog. Mini fridge and microwave in the room, a desk and chair. Decent water pressure and plenty of hot water.

The rooms were very clean and the staff is great. We had breakfast there all 4 mornings and the food and coffee were good. There was a laundry room across from us which would have been helpful if we'd stayed any longer. There was a blow dryer, coffee maker, refrigerator microwave and dvd player in the room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We will stay here again!

My weekend getaway started with checking in, which took 3 minutes just to get the front desk late to get off her phone and help us. When we go to go up the stairs (there is no elevator we were on the 3rd floor) no big deal, we got to the room and my boyfriend found long hair on the bed in the sheet, since I hadn't even been near the bed ans it was blonde I know it wasn't mine, no big deal. We brush it off and I decide to take a bath, which I have to wash out to get some great out BEFORE I even ran the water. I go to get into the bed and the top sheet is thin and the heater barley worked. We let it go. We get up at 8 and go to breakfast (it started at 7) and there was no biscutes for the gravy, there was no orange juice in the container left and no coffee brewed, there was a single bagel left. The stairs were dirty the walls were dirty and they're paper thin I got woken up to some couple fighting. Not impressed. Don't stay here.

The location is great, walking distance from all sorts of restaurants and the mall. The staff was very helpful and polite. The only complaint is the lack of amenities and the cleanliness of the building. There isn't a gym, continental breakfast is pretty bare, also my room had a wet floor from a leaky sink in my room. I told staff and they were polite about it and sent somebody up to fix it, so overall I can't complain.
