Do not stay here! As soon as you walk in the front lobby is under construction and a disaster area. The night clerk was nice, but once upstairs there was zero air circulating, room was hot and stunk, hairs in the tub, etc. The next morning to save time and the hassle of finding somewhere else to stay I went to pay for another night and was told the rate went from 85 to 106? Looked online and that wasn't true. The lady who works the morning shift wasn't even at the desk when I walked over but on her phone in the "dining" area and was less than friendly and with the rate increase I left. The hotel should not be open for business much less with a higher rate.

When I stay at a hotel in not looking for all the amenities of home. I want friendly staff that treats me like a wanted customer, clean and quiet rooms, comfortable beds. Things like TV, breakfast, internet are all nice extras but not necessary. This hotel had the basics plus several extras. And this morning I had a hot waffle, sausage, egg, oatmeal and cereal with oj. My wife said the biscuits and gravy were good. Good stay.

Didn't even gst to place a night, looked online was 67, rude lady at the desk said cheapest 109. Her attitude was disgusting, she sat looking at us the second we got to the desk, totally lazy. I'm a manager at a Minnesota walmart, if I had an employee do that, I would have a talk. I wish this place luck, with service like that. Oh advise, smile, even if it's fake.

Would love to give it a minus. Worst place we have ever stayed. DIRTY!!! No decaf coffee or waffles. Machines broken. Oranges were yellow a d sickly looking. Frosted flakes were not. First room we were given had not been cleaned. Second room so bad I had to throw my socks away.

Very warm welcome. Rooms were very nice. Price was in good budget range. Plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Location was slightly obscure. The reservation placed 4 hrs prior was "unable to locate" resulting to about a half wait while the problem was resolved. Did Not receive the room indicated in the reservation. The room was poorly maintained by any one unless it was absolutely necessary, ie.only the beds had been seemingly changed. Floors did not appear cleaned. There were many more issues that I could continue with but i would rather not speak of this hotel again to be frank.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location right of I-65 as well as many restaurants to choose from (of all price ranges). Multiple shopping choices as well. Just far enough out of the city center to feel safe bit clear enough to be near all the attractions

Staff was friendly. Room was booked under Holiday Inn Express & Suites. They honored the price I was given. I didn't get the king size room, but overall, it still was more comfortable than the last hotel I used. I actually was able to sleep.
