  Never again. Installer was angry, rude & condescending. However, he was fast & the opener mostly worked when done. He skipped obstruction tests & spliced in old sensor wiring instead of installing all new wiring provided. Next time, I will instead hire a locally owned non-franchise company that shows an interest in customer satisfaction & their own success.

  Technician, Ralph, was able to squeeze us in a day early; showed up promptly; and completed the work deftly. Pricing was upfront, reasonable, and transparent. Could not be happier with the work or the company. Thank you Overhead Door Co. of Cincinnati!

  My husband dented one of the panels in our garage door in Decemver 2020. Since Overhead Door had installed the doors, we called them for repairs. The new panels didn't come in until late May and didn't match. My husband pointed this out to the installers who basically shrugged it off and charged us the full amount. After several days of back and forth, Overhead agreed to redund us half the amount. Guess what? They are over the 7-10 business day timeframe they said they needed. Steer clear of this business!

  Our sales person, Mike was fantastic! He was personable, knowledgeable and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. Just when we thought it couldn't get any better, Sam installed our door and he was absolutely fantastic! Professional, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. We highly recommend Overhead Door!

  Called Overhead Door Co. of Greater Cincinnati about a glass surround for our shower. They sent a great guy out to measure and since the price was reasonable we placed the order. That was February 17 and twice, over the next few weeks (3/7 and 3/21), I sent emails asking when our glass would be installed.
  
  We were never given any answer to when we could expect an install and the last email wasn't answered. After waiting two months we found another place that would deliver in a week and we we canceled the Overhead door order
