  My experience with The Law Offices of Daniel Kim was so seamless. From start to finish I had their whole team on my side. The night of my accident and associate was in contact with my in minutes and was able to not only calm me down but walk me through the process step by step. The whole team was truly amazing. They stay in contact with you via text which was so helpful to while I was rehabilitating and with my busy work schedule. Someone was always there to answer my questions and put my mind at ease. Not having to stress over my medical bill while my case was being worked out was truly a godsend. I want to thank everyone at The Law Offices of Daniel Kim for their outstanding service and caring about me, my recovery, and my case. I don’t know what I would have done without them!

  Daniel Kim
  On January 17th 2021 I was a passenger in a life changing car accident. The car flipped due to reckless driving and I remember waking up mid crash. I remember the day after the accident very clearly.. I was dealing with both physical and emotional distress while trying to figure out the next steps in regards of insurances, lawyers, finances etc. I was quickly overwhelmed with the back and fourth making calls, google searches, doctor appointments etc. Shawn heard about my accident and took it upon himself to reach out and set a time to talk over the phone. Talking to him instantly calmed my nerves. He really took the time to listen, empathize, and go through the next steps I needed to take. I decided to take my case to Daniel Kim Law firm in Costa Mesa and now almost a year later I’m so glad I decided to trust their team. Every single person I interacted on this journey was professional, kind and made this traumatic experience a lot more manageable. Throughout the year Shawn has kept me updated on my case, made sure I was aware of tasks I needed to do, coordinated with doctors/facilities to make sure all my needs were met. There was never a point that I felt like he didn’t care about my case. I truly felt like a VIP.   If it hadn't been for Daniel Kim I'm not sure what I'd have done! It was a huge challenge dealing with insurance companies, recovering from the accident when I was T-Boned and even receiving a rental car. As soon as I contacted Daniel Kim law offices things changed quickly and I got the care I needed and no longer had to endlessly call insurance companies. Very grateful for everyone who helped with my case and guidance from beginning to end. Very happy with the service!

  Daniel is truly an amazing and incredible attorney! From my first meeting with him to my very last, he was ALWAYS very comforting and compassionate! Daniel worked extremely hard on my behalf and exceeded my expectations! Due to his hard work and dedication, my case was settled with a positive outcome!   When I was in an auto accident in February 2022, I called in to Daniel Kim's office to see if I had a case. I had never been in a car accident like this one before. Daniel Kim was swift to reassure me that I definitely had a case and filled me in on what the process would look like for me if I chose to move forward and thoroughly explained how he would help me seek care.
  
  I called a few more offices to do my due diligence and feel around, but felt I would be in the best hands if I went with Daniel Kim and his team - and I was.
