I reserved a whirlpool suite online. This was difficult to do on the website because it was so out dated and hard to navigate. I called the front desk to confirm for just that reason. The man who answered sounded like he had been drinking or high. When I got there he must have deleted instead of confirmed because my reservation was gone. The woman at the desk called him and sounded like she was also having difficulty communicating. Needless to say I didnt get my whirlpool suite. The décor hasn't changed since it was built as a HoJo's back in the early 90's and the name should not include the word Grand. Safe, comfortable and clean but if your looking for a romantic get away or a "Grand" hotel then drive the extra 30 miles. Sleep and leave is ALL this hotel is good for. And good luck if you TRY to make a reservation because hiring incompetent individuals is just proof of the owners lack of competence.

We had a great stay here at the Osceola Grand. There is so much to do here in Evart Breakfast at McDonalds or with Robin in the lobby, fried pickles for lunch at Michlers, dinners at McDonalds or deli sandwiches at Fosters. Robin was the sweetest woman. We sat down to coffee together and she helped me prepare my bagel breakfast. We will definitely be back.

The hotel has a friendly staff (especially Robin) and is a comfortable stay. The hotel promotes local events on their marquee which is great helps for ideas on "things to do" , kinda like they are also a goodwill ambassador.for their city area !

The room was clean and well stocked, and the mini-fridge was appreciated. We found the bed was too hard for us to get a good night's sleep, but that is individual taste, I know. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! The carpeting in the hallways need to be updated. They are old and worn, stained and even ripped. We were very disappointed that there were no eggs or bacon/sausage for breakfast. It was very high carbs, the only protein was yogurt and peanut butter.

Decent hotel. It was clean. AC unit in the room was loud, but not terrible. Waffles for breakfast were good, but the coffee wasn't. Our room had an old cathode ray tube tv, but it sounds like other rooms had more modern tvs.

STAY AWAY COMPLETE DIRTY CROOKS! they advertised on their website $10 rooms..we booked and drove 2.5 hours up there for family reunion and THEY LIED! REFUSED to honour their rates that we had RESERVATION/BOOKED. ..illegal as hell and will be filing BBB and State Attorney General complaint as well as possibly small claims law suit. .they TRICK YOU INTO COMING UP and then change rates on you claiming "there was a glitch in their system"THEIR system, legally THEIR problem not my family's! See you dirty lying pieces of S*** in court! STAY AWAY!

For the most part, our stay was good. We got 2 rooms and 1of the rooms weren't the cleanest. We found a nasty piece of pizza on a plate in the microwave. Front desk guy didn't think it was a big deal. Wasn't impressed with his attitude about it.

Flew in from Florida looked on Kayak. Kayak says rooms starting at 69 a night. Clicked the web site link says rooms are 79 a night we we called to clarify. He tried to gouge us for 120 a night. Strongly recommend not staying at a hotel who lies as a matter of practice. Better prices 30 minutes up the road
