Great place, courteous people. Wonderful results
Dr. Richardson is great.
Dr. Lee and his staff were very helpful in making sure my pain was managed and getting me to be able to enjoy walking again. It didn’t take multiple visits and he even gave me his nurse’s direct line in case I needed anything while at home. The treatment he gave has been working since and his bedside manner was genuine and knowledgeable. I will forever trust him with any future osteo needs.
I'm currently a patient at Ortho GA. I broke my ankle almost 5 months ago and still can't really walk on it. The doctor said that it has healed great but an ER doctor told me that my ankle is not going to heal properly until a screw is placed in it. Now I'm having problems with my shoulder and they can't even properly diagnosis that, nor are they handling my pain management. Looking for a new Doctor ASAP.
This facility is clean, friendly, and very good at keeping appt. schedules. I have had nothing but good experiences. Dr. Dasher, as well as his staff, is extremely kind and patient . I highly recommend this facility.
I would like to Thank all of the Wonderful staff at Ortho, Ga. for the Professionalism, Compassion, & Readiness to always be as Helpful & Understanding as They all have been for Me & my husband with all of Our needs.
From Dr. Wayne Kelly Jr., MD. (My Spine Surgeon), Dr. Gregory P. Lee, MD (My Shoulder Doctor) to Dr. John W. Sapp MD. (My Hand & Wrist Doctor) Dr. Robert M. Thornsberry MD. ( My husbands Shoulder Doctor) to Tony in the Casting & Brace Dept. & All the Wonderful Ladies at the Scheduling & Reception Desk. All of the Amazing Surgeons & The Surgery Center there that have kept Me & My husband back in The Game of Life. We can't Thank You enough.
Very Dis-satisfied. If I could rate them no stars, I would. My case was incorrectly diagnosed resulting in delay of proper treatment. After leaving them, I went to another doctor who found the problem. I would not recommend treatment at this facility.
First of all, I'm sure the doctors are very skilled but the support staff (which is of course who you spend the most time with) are terrible. The woman at the reception desk might as well have just been an iPad that I could have checked in on and would have much preferred over my interaction with her. The pre-op appointment was awful - the woman was rude and literally could not care less about my questions. Whenever you asked a question she was very condensending and would snap back "hold on - I'm getting to that." It must be difficult to have such an awful attitude all the time.
The day of the surgery was met with a ridiculous wait and the bandage wrapped around the incision was the worst I've ever seen. This bandage was supposed to last two weeks without being changed and was falling apart 24 hours later. I wound up taking it off and redressing it myself. I also called back to change the narcotic pain medication prescribed to a non-narcotic option and was told to "just take aleve." All in all I'm sure the surgery was fine but way to make the unpleasant experience of getting surgery even more unpleasant.
I had a phenomenal adventure with Ortho Georgia, Dr. Thornsberry and his staff from pre-op to post-op! This is THE most professional group I have ever met! Thanks to everyone!
The staff was awesome, from the time I pulled up with my mom. The nurse meet us outside and took great care of her. Dr. Gabrielle was so great with my mom and he has a great sense of humor. Thank you Dr. Gabrielle and Staff!
I went in to the emergency center and within 20 minutes, I had x-rays taken and I was then treated immediately. The staff was professional, cordial, and nice! I had a wonderful experience.
I have had 3 occasions to visit this facility and have received exceptional care. The staff was courteous, professional and attentive. The facility was clean with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The physicians are very personable, knowledgeable, and show genuine concern about your health needs. Keep up the great work you do for others!
