My wings were served swimming in 1/4” of grease. I asked if this was normal, knowing it was not having eaten at Hooters many times, and was told yes because I ordered them as medium. No accountability, no care, and no attempt to fix. Pitiful.
Good time with my father visiting his home city from out of town, nice friendly faces great service, always came back around to see were we enjoying ourselves and if we needed anything!!!
Ok, so I never believed it when people told me they went to Hooters for the wings but good lord was I wrong. Those wings and those fried pickles are absolute heaven! I've never had fried pickles I liked until we went here.
Definitely ask your waitress to bring you samples of the sauce before you order. I wound up getting the mild. Nice and crispy on the outside. Crunchy on the inside. My husband loves spicy stuff and said the spicier wings were really good too.
I'd say the only downside here is the dress code. Being a heterosexual female, I found the abundance of butt cheeks a bit unsavory.
The place was pretty darn crowded and the wait was longish but worth it.
Yesterday I went to hooters for my first time. And let me tell you, it was clean, very good welcome. Didn't have to wait to be seated. Food was so good. Never had chicken like that before. Our waitress made sure we were okay. None of the workers were rude.
Best wings ever. Get all drum sticks hot and double dip. You won't regret it. Blue cheese is on point as well as the ranch. Shrimp hot is amazing as well.
I love this place, not only for the lovely folks, but also for crispy chicken wings and other stuff
Called in my order of 20 wings at 2:30. Told the girl I would like them ready by 3:00 as this is time I'm off work. Sure enough I'm there at 3:03 and paid for my order and wasn't ready. I proceed to wait until 3:23 to get my order. F**K THIS PLACE AND THE TRAMPS that work there. Never to return here. 🖕
Me and my fiance are regular customers and the waiters are always on top of things with our order and do such a wonderful job at customer service no matter how busy it is.
Too long to be seated. And got my order wrong. And some of the customres were so loud my child was frightened.
My entire experience here today has been a complete disappointment. I'm literally sitting at the table writing this. To start, when my small party of four (2 adults & 2 kids) arrived to this location we waited at the desk for about 12-15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. When a young lady came to the desk I asked if she needed our name to put us on the waiting list that I notice & that it was another party of three that was waiting before us. Needless to say we were seated by a very pleasant young lady & within a couple of minutes we were greated by our waitress. After ordering & waiting almost 40 minutes our food arrived & it was absolutely disgusting!!!! Our order included 20 bone-in barbecue chicken wings they were so burnt & the cook had the nerve to attempt to cover it up with saucelike seriously dude you didn't think we would notice how hard & burnt this chicken is?! I brought it to our waitress attention & she offered to have them to re-cook it to go! My reply "to go" if I wanted a "to go" meal then that's exactly what I would have order. After waiting another 30 + minutes our freshly cooked chicken finally arrived however after already paying the max ($8) for street parking it was time to just leave. I went into Hooter hungry & still left hungry. Huge disappointment! Oh haha wait how could I forgetthey gave me $14 off
Horrible service. Very long wait for my food even after I called 30 minutes before arriving for my pickup. I ordered 20 wings and was given about 12 little chicken nuggets. This is the worst Hooters location by far.
Hooters Wings are usually predictable and this one is no different. Everytime I have been here (once a year), the wings are over cooked and dry. One year I will learn and go somewhere different.
Good food and drinks. Staff is friendly. Place is clean. Arrive early since there is usually a small wait during the usual busy times.
I spent the last of my paycheck on an order of boneless wings that were supposed to have medium sauce on them. It was a take out order. When we checked the food before leaving to make sure everything was correct there looked like there was no sauce on the chicken so we mentioned it to the host and she corrected us saying there was indeed sauce on them. When we got them home there was no sauce on any of the chicken and it was such a disappointment.
Just found hair in my food and all my waitress Ashley Cash can say is sorry. Then the manager tell me he cant do nothing about it. Really, who is training these people. My sons is ready to go because I'm not eating. What an outing I'll never come back here.
