Good selection of frames but customer service not so good. Yesterday I went to look at their selection and order new glasses. The staff looked surprised I did not need an exam and referred me to a young woman. She asked to see my prescription which I showed. She indicated that the lenses alone would cost $529, did I still want the glasses? I thought better of it to shop around for a better offer and service. I may end up spending half of Saturday driving to Miami.

I hated my experience with them, these girls are so bored from their job, not helpful at all. This makes the clinic a bad environment. They are not so smart here.

I have been a patient at the Oppenheimer Eye Clinic for the past 4 years for yearly checkups and to get contacts. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. I have only seen Dr. Daren Oppenheimer and he is always friendly, patient and informative. He takes the time to shows you the images they take of your eyes. I have had glasses/contacts for 10+ years and never had a doctor take the time to show me the images of my ocular nerve. I can't say enough good things about them! I recommend them all the time.

When i first moved to Key West, a friend recommended I go to Oppenheimer. I loved the doctor, things went greatThis year I go to schedule an appt online, that went smoothly as well. Unfortunately I needed to cancel so i called and there was no voicemail to leave a message OK fineAnyhow I speak to Christine to reschedule and her attitude was terrible.. I work in the customer service field as well, so I understand having a rough day with people, HOWEVER you do not take it out on others!!!

Her attitude was so sh!&%y that I just cancelled and rather take the drive to Miami. I mean seriously, is it to much to ask a person to be polite!!!

I would give 5 plus stars to the doc, but Christine gets nothing.I was forced to put one star

I can't get anyone to answer the phone, or it goes directly to a machine telling callers to call back during business hours, even though the calls were made during their business hours.

Top notch customer service! A kind and knowledgable Doctor who takes time to make you feel comfortable and informed. From the front desk to walking out everyone there was truly great. Lucky to have such a gem in the keys!
