Dont ever show up early because they will call u back after your appointment time
Dont ever cancel a appointment or you wont get a refill unless you have a appointnent coming up
Theres no personality or patience from anyone

I am writing this on behalf of a friend Leanne who doesn't have an account:

I've been going to the clinic for over 5 years, loved going there up until January 2017 when they changed management and their payment procedure. I am a cash paying patient and will pay in full at each visit, however with the new procedure they require a $95 deposit at each visit no matter what. I don't understand if I am to pay in full for my services why a $95 deposit is required EACH time? Today's visit was the second time I was rudely treated by the check in desk. The woman Tenika was very rude to me, kept rolling her eyes and said she doesn't have to put up with this when all I tried to do was pay my bill. She didn't want to deal with me even though I was calm and patient and called her so called supervisor down named Orly. I later found out she was NOT the head supervisor and she was just as rude as Tanika and wouldn't correct their mistakes, turned out I over paid from my previous visit that the doctor caught after I told her my unfortunate interaction with the staff. The doctor even came out with me to make sure I was refunded correctly for their mistake. I was never once apologized to, the doctor however is amazing and wonderful but because of the new procedures and lack of customer service of their front desk associates (Tanika and Orly) I am now searching for a new place to provide my healthcare needs. PS if you value your health (my blood pressure sky rocketed just from this ordeal alone) and time do not go there.

My doctor and staff are terrific! If you need a same day appointment not a problem! I have asthma and need appointment right away and no problem . Don't have to wait and have very thorough and take their time with you. I have been very gratefully my friend sent recommended this officer! Service and Steve staff are very friendly and efficient!!

We have been going here for three years now. We have always had a pleasant experience! I see Dr. Planka & my husband sees Dr. Patel. We are both healthy and only go for our yearly exams, but we both feel like they both spend a good amount of time with us. I would recommend this office!!

I would have given more stars if their Patient Portal worked better and if their staff called back in a timely manner. The second issue is the wait time on the appointment line. Other than that, I've had two Primary docs (one now retired) and Dr. Shobe is great. I've seen multiple specialists and liked most of them. I usually wait less than 5 minutes when I have an appointment. The Urgent Care facility is efficient. The on-site Lab has just been remodeled and enlarged. I like having all my medical records in one place. Satisfied customer.

I have been coming here for 16 years! My doctor is not always available but they do a great job of getting you in to see someone of you are sick. They also have a walk- in clinic! The people are friendly and I never have to wait! They run that place like a well oiled machine. I do have to say though that during peak season all of the snowbirds clog the place up!
They always call back and call in scripts. Our family knows many doctors but I will not switch. Love this place!

Worse place possible to be treated, instead of seeing my own doctor had to se PA that decided on bunch of medications I didn't even need nor she did any tests proving that I need any of prescribed .After coming back due to repetitive problems another doctor decided on antidepressant ,seriously?! Never ever would I go back or recommend this place to someone else .Thyroid specialist instead of rechecking my already ruined thyroid by their thinking it is something else instead.He changed my pills and recommended coming back in six months instead of month or two to make sure results are back to normal .Sorry ,but good luck people , be careful going there

PAY ATTENTION to the reviews people!!! If i could give it Zero starsI would. I never, ever leave reviews, but i will now, so listen to me,PLEASE. The front desk were nice to me,okay. It's the doctors nurse,Dawn, that is the problem.Yes, she seems nice at first,but don't be fooled. Negligent, rude, and VERY sarcastic. I had a short term disability case that paperwork needed to be filled out,not that difficult. I sent the packet to them and they had it for TWO WEEKS before i had to personally go in and hand them the SAME paperwork again myself. After several phone calls, messages left, and driving back and forth to the office, it was another WEEK before they finally took care of it. That's not all though,they filled out the paperwork WRONG and left parts out on purpose. I've had to be the middle man between them and my health care provider for WEEKS. So after you see the doctor, YOU ARE OUT OF HIS HANDS AND ON YOUR OWN.Good Luck. She refused to do her job and after the hoops i had to jump through with them, would just not help me out. I've never been so aggravated and frustrated in my entire life. My paycheck and how I got paid was in her hands and because she did not want to comply.I'm out of ALOT of money that I should've been compensated for easily. This was a game to her, but this ordeal effected me & MY FAMILY. If you care about yoursDO NOT GO HERE.

My primary Doctor never has appointments. I always have to see someone else. Stop taking new patients and take care of the people that are already patients. They are greedy!!! Her nurse practitioner called in at the last minute and left me hanging with no appointment. This place is a joke. Will be leaving this place in a few weeks and won't look back.

I LOVE this clinic and have never been treated disrespectfully and everyone has always been very professional. I love having all my doctors (all in the Clearwater location) in one place and I am very pleased with the medical care and results I have received since I have been a patient there.
When you are sick it's easy to be impatient and sometimes we feel we should be their top priority and I feel they do they best they can and I have never had a long wait to see anyone!
Very satisfied customer.

I have been using this service for five years, using the same doctor, and the quality of care has gone downhill for the last 3. I do not know if that has something to do with the ownership of this entity by Florida Blue or not.
It has become an assembly line, with little respect for individual care. People call me "on behalf of" my doctor (quoting her name), then want to confirm my identity by asking for personal information.
The fast-food style description is appropriate. I am currently looking to go elsewhere. Too bad because I like my doctor. Just don't like the style anymore.
